We ordered Jan 8 and just received our order this week, Feb 20, 2025. There was one issue after another that delayed shipment. We were concerned with the lack of communication. When we finally had a response, it sounds like the owners had a lot going on. The owners sent some samples as a sorry for the issues and delay and a few other extras due to being out of the flavor that were in stock when we ordered. We appreciate the honesty and customer service from company's like this.

Located on N Dale Mabry, in the same plaza as Burger 21, Peterbrook Chocolatier is open most days until 8 or 9 PM (except Sundays). This is very convenient for a busy person like myself. I rolled in around 7 last night, and was warmly greeted by Pam. I told her I was looking to get some gifts to show appreciation for some folks and she showed me the most popular items, and then gave me freedom to wander and collect. These folks cover so many things is chocolate. Potato chips, Oreos, Graham crackers, espresso beans, malt balls, raisins, gummy bears, toffee and so much more. They have a very large selection of ready to go baskets full of goodies for Valentine's Day, or you can have one custom made with treats you know your sweetheart will adore. They also have a case of beautiful chocolates you can have boxed (they have heart ones for the holiday!) and Gelato for a yummy snack. I bought a few extra things for myself, and I must say, the chocolate is delightful. I tried the dark chocolate covered candied oranges and they were fantastic. Not only was the taffy so delicious with so many different flavors but the service we received while we chose our taffy was unmatched. Not only did she help us by giving us suggestions of flavors we might like, but she also was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. She kept the store extremely clean and organized and treated us with such genuine enthusiasm from the moment we walked through the door. Loved this place so much, would definitely return just to see her again!
