After eating lots of French food, I needed my ramen fix and Ippudo came to save the day! I We came here at around 2pm and it was still packed with a line out the door, however they took our order while waiting in line to help speed up the waiting process once seated. We both got the Tori Shoyu ramen that was exclusive to Paris and we devoured it. I've never had shoyu ramen with such good broth flavor! The meat was also quite tender and the egg was cooked to perfection. Probably one of my favorite bowls of ramen I've had ever - wish I lived closer to an Ippudo location in the US!

Comfort food. YESSSS Ippudo is a chain, and there's a reason it's so successful. The fatty pork belly in the Hirata Buns really hit the spot. Their ramen is absolutely the textbook definition of good ramen. Their "modern" Akamaru Ramen comes with customizable noodles - randing from super soft to practically raw. The broth is thinner but definitely has all that porky goodness, and I'm a sucker for black garlic oil. They also have Tokyo Tsukemen, available only in limited quantities. I love tsukemen, but it's not for everyone. The broth is fifty-fifty tonkotsu and fishy, and the dipping adds an extra step if you're really hungry. If you've never had ramen, Ippudo is a great place to start. I'm guessing they're the chain that got the whole world hooked.

I'd never been to Ippudo in the Bay Area or in NYC because the lines were always too long! Here in Paris, most French places were closed Sunday night so we came here, and it did not disappoint! (And there was no line.) Good service, kept refilling our waters. Surprisingly they didn't ask how we wanted our noodles. Our ramen and Kara-age appetizer came out very quickly. The Kara-age was very crispy and juicy. My karaka spicy ramen made me tear up at first because it was spicy, but it was very good and warmed my insides (which was needed because it was so wet and rainy outside!) Also big fan of the tea egg.

Ippudo is my all-time favorite ramen place! I went to this location for the first time last week, and I was surprised at how large the space was-I've been to several other Ippudos both in NYC and Paris, and this was probably the biggest Ippudo I've been to. I also noticed the decor wasn't really in line with their brand, which leads me to believe they probably didn't change out the furniture from the previous restaurant here, no big deal-just an observation. I was very hungry, and arrived shortly before they opened. I was one of the first patrons for the dinner service. The pork belly bun was delicious packed with pork and full of flavor. I ordered a yuzu bomb, so refreshing-I want to mix this drink at home. The ramen was incredible, everything about it was perfect-the perfectly cooked egg and noodles, the tasty broth and pork. I really enjoyed our meal here, it was a nice break from all the delicious French food. I'll be back every time I'm in Paris!

Every dish we ordered was delicious - miso tofu special, shiromaru, chicken katsu don, gyoza, tofu salad. The service was quick, attentive staff.

Yummy dinner after Wed late night @ Le Louvre-- about a :15 walk in the night. I was able to nab the last table outside for a balmy night. Fortunate to have come during superb weather pattern in Paris-- warm, and when chilly, quite manageable with a Columbia jacket. Yummy food, but well, ya know--- once one knows the true prix of ramen in Tokyo--- I tried suppressing the feeling of being taken. Dinner ran about $24-- un pichet l'eau du robinet too ( aka free drink)!

Yum Ippudo! My bf got the shiromaru tamago with extra kameda (noodles) & I got the karkata (spicy) tamago. They didn't ask us how we wanted the noodles, but it came out firm. I kinda prefer it softer (or at least right in the middle.) When my bf got extra noodles, he ordered it soft, and it was actually a lot more tastier imo. The noodles reminded me of ramen in Japan. Ugh, I miss ramen in Japan so much! The soup base was good. I liked the shiromaru better just because it's just a solid broth. The karkata had a good spicy kick in the beginning, but towards the end was too salty and not that spicy. The little meat chunks also had some ginger flavor and was packed with salt. That wasn't my favorite tbh. But overall, it still satisfied my ramen craving and I'd say comparable to the one in San Francisco. Also don't leave the egg in your soup for too long, unless you like your egg yolk more cooked. The wait wasn't too bad, they have us putting our name down, and everyone wanted to crowd in the front part since it was sprinkling outside. (We went on a Thursday night.) We probably waited 30 minutes for a table of 2, but it took forever to place our orders and get our food. There were only two waitresses, and I felt so bad because they were working so hard!

Best ramen in Paris! I would definitely recommend the pork bun, checkins bun, and the spicy Raman. The noodle and the broth were perfect! You won't be disappointed! The service was friendly and very fast. They make their own noodles and cook it fresh for every order. It's so good we will be back before we leave .

This restaurant made my heart and tummy happy on a cold day. We had their traditional ramen and added an egg which was very good, I wish I'd gotten the spicy broth. We also got their fried chicken pieces appetizer that came with a curry sauce, this was delicious and I think about it all the time. I would definitely eat here again.

Started to miss NYC a little bit and ended up at Ippudo in Paris. It gets really busy, just like the NYC location, so don't expect to go during peak dinner hours and not have a wait. The restaurant itself had a white cafe look to it and offered some seating outside. It had a lot of seats, but as I said those fill up fast. Ordered the pork buns and shiromaru ramen. The pork buns as always were absolutely delicious. I am obsessed with the bread they use for their buns and how cloudlike it is. The ramen itself was good, the noodles weren't my favorite because of how thin they are. I slightly like thicker noodles. However, the broth is so flavorful that it makes up for most things.

    Ring Ring Salad. Delicious.

They had decent ramen, the staff seemed confused by a single diner, much less my asking for ice cubes with my water. :)

This place does seafood broth based ramen and I could not wait to try it. First off the decor is very unique. It looks like you just stepped into a outdoor Japanese seafood market with fish, eel, crab hanging around (fake of course). We sat down and ordered right away since we were both starving. As an appetizer I got the edamame which was steamed fresh with flakes of salt. Very delicious. I got the lobster bisque based ramen. It was very rich with great flavors. It came with sliced duck breast, citrus flavored scallop, a soy sauce egg and other veggies. One of the most flavorful ramens I've ever had. I enjoyed every bite and slurp of it! My friend got the sardine shoyu ramen which came with two slices of sardines. He enjoyed this as well. We were very happy with our meals and the staff was so nice! The line got long shortly after though. Had the following: GYÔZA KODAWARI: dumplings that are deconstructed. Don't know why the called these dumplings. They aren't. Just deconstructed noodles with "filling". Calling them dumplings just sets expectations and makes the presented form annoying. NUTA DE GAMBAS BIO DE MADAGASCAR OSO : nothing carpaccio about this. It's slices of prawn on sushi style rice. It's more like a loose sushi than a carpaccio or any type. SARDINE SHOYU RAMEN: delicious and unique flavour. Haven't had this anywhere else before and it's done very well here. Strong flavour, not salty. I had the egg and chicken chashu add in. LOBSTER RAMEN: there is no lobster meat in this and they make sure to tell everyone to avoid misunderstanding. The flavour is strong and very nice as well. BLACK SESAME MINI DORAYAKI: it was ok. Not special though. Daifuku: looks like it was bought outside and just put on a plate. Overall, both ramen were very good and a unique change. The appetizers and desserts were disappointing though so I'd suggest to skip those.

That adds the marinated egg and other toppings. The marinated egg along is a must. Both ramens tasted rich yet delicate, fresh and clean, and super soothing and filling. I preferred the Shio Ramen over the Shio Paitan Ramen since the flavors were more balanced while the Shio Paitan had a stronger lemon taste which I found overpowering. The chicken chashu and other toppings were all delicious, and as a non-pork eater, I appreciate the fact that there is a chicken option! This was such a cool spot for the ambiance alone but it was also a soothing meal and a refreshing change from all the French food we were having. Definitely worth a visit!

The egg was nicely seasoned and was a level up from just a standard ramen egg. The tempura got soggy and split apart really fast- I would suggest eating this first. Also noting that it was a normal portion and not a ginormous American ramen bowl. My mom got the saumon caramelisee which was "delicious", but if she had a note it would be the rice toward the bottom absorbed the majority of the sauce. It was a small restaurant with plastic barriers every couple of tables. At first glance, I was disappointed, but they were indeed delicious! To settle the Parisian palette, you can dip 'em in mayo if you like. I had the spicy yokohama ramen. Again I thought in traditional terms and expected a tantan men but instead it was the regular yokohama ramen with a side of hot sauce. In the end, I actually liked this as you can control the heat level. The noodles were amazing, and the chashu and egg were cooked exactly the right amount of time.
