After a very short wait, Anthony told my friend he was ready for her. She has mobility issues and when he observed her struggling to get to the counter, he immediately said he'd come to her so he took a seat beside her to assist. I was very impressed with his kindness and patience as she explained the problems that she was having with the phone. We'd thought she needed the battery replaced but Anthony determined fairly quickly that there was a Verizon scanning app running in the background and that was draining the battery. We were on our way in under 15 minutes and he did not charge her anything for his time. I was quite impressed with his professionalism and knowledge but especially his kindness. I'm definitely heading to this shop when I need repairs to my phone!

Take it back and have them fix it again, come back 2 hours later and still not fixed. They tell me, "We are not going to be able to do anything about it, and that's the best we can do." This coming after I paid $450 to get it fixed. There solution was to deal with it. A joke!

They don't include the electrical cord with the dryer, you have to buy that separate and they charge you to haul away an item that they will take to a scrap yard and get paid for. I will buy more locally next time and not from a big chain. They offered no incentive after they cancelled the delivery date and are making me wait another week to receive something I purchased. I mean really???? You only have ONE person that can deliver and set up? It's a freakin dryer, not rocket science. One more week of going to the laundrymat thanks to them.
