For my first visit, I was in and out within 45 minutes which is super rare in my experience.

He was so nice and he took the time to explain each procedure to me. When you're dealing with someone who is 7 months pregnant and hormonal you have to suggest things with tact and grace. I feel that dr. Sarvis did neither. She was extremely persistent that i schedule a c section even when I was reluctant and asked to "think it over" and schedule it at my 34 week appointment. I feel that dr. Bart would have been more understanding and compassionate to my request.

She is extremely intelligent, compassionate, caring, and truly an outstanding doctor. It doesn't stop there, while I was pregnant with my second child I experienced a complicated migraine which landed me in hospital. Not only did Dr. Wuckert visit my bedside she continued to follow up with me through delivery and post delivery. Her patience listening and providing guidance is what you want as a patient. She's absolutely amazing and I'm glad to call her my Doctor. The appointments at this office are pretty spot on and I love the fact that I don't have to wait long to see my doctor. I was just in the midst of changing insurance when I was scheduling my first appointment. They said they wanted to see me at exactly 9 weeks to do important blood work/ check on things. I asked if we could delay by a few days by which time my new insurance would be in place and I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. They put pressure on me and told me timing was very important so I caved. They're the experts, right? I later got a bill for over $650. What couldn't wait? A standard blood panel and a tox screen. Red flag #1, I just didn't have the bill yet. My very first appointment I saw one of the doctors and then had a one on one with the head nurse. She asked a lot of questions and I was 100% honest with her. Why wouldn't I be? I told her I was on Wellbutrin and she started lecturing and shaming me so intensely I quit cold turkey. She asked about any history of drug use and I was transparent about using marijuana in the past, before my IVF journey. PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT I DIDN'T KNOW: Evidentially any admission of drug use at any time in your life allows them, without informing you or receiving your consent, to continue drug testing you throughout your pregnancy. Just an extra charge, right? All the visits were pleasant with the doctors. I remember my last appointment before my C-section was primarily me finding out what everyone's favorite foods were so I could cater a thank you lunch and everyone wished me well. I gave birth not long after. Less than 24hrs later a nurse at the hospital told me a nurse from Mission OBGYN sent over a tox screen in which I showed positive for drugs and she wasn't sure if I would be allowed to go home with my kids. I had the worst dissociative panic attack of my life. My husband was desperately trying to get in touch with any of the several practitioners. He was told they would call back, then he was told they were all in a meeting. They kept blowing him off. They never took his calls. They never came. They abandoned me. The same doctors that took at least a half a dozen phone calls from me early in my pregnancy when I was getting fevers from my progesterone suppositories and agonizing over taking so much as Tylenol now refused to see me or pick up the phone. What was I positive for? One test about 10 days before giving birth for opioids. This is the first time I was aware they had been drug testing me. I told the truth again: I had not taken any opioids. Social workers and nurses judgmentally insisted there was only one possible explanation but I had not taken any opioids. I was panicked and scared and confused. It took me almost a year later to realize.... poppy seeds. I was obsessed. Poppy seed bagels, lemon poppy seed muffins, everything bagels and everything bread and eating them all by the ton especially toward the end of my pregnancy. I was never contacted again by any of the doctors or staff. In fact, they sent a doctor I never met from another practice to tell me she was taking over my care. That's the short version. I was a good patient. I was honest. When I was in desperate need of support they disappeared. I experienced one of the most beautiful moments of my life and before I could even take it in I thought my children would be taken from me. It's taken me over 5 years to write this because it's all still so raw. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. They stole the most precious moments of my life from me and my babies

He was in excruciating pain immediately following the procedure, and despite repeated attempts to reach the podiatrist, we were unable to speak with him until the following afternoon. Because the surgery was performed on a Friday and the office was closed, we felt completely without guidance or support during what turned out to be a very difficult postoperative period. Instead of addressing our concerns with compassion, the podiatrist became confrontational when asked why we received no post operative guidance and why he was unavailable. He raised his voice, spoke over me and focused on defending himself rather than addressing my husband's condition. As a spouse advocating for my husband, I found his behavior both shocking and unprofessional. My husband is currently hospitalized due complications from his surgery but we are hoping for a full recovery. I realize that complications can come from any surgery but communication, availability and respectful treatment of patients should never be an option. Due to our experience I cannot recommend this practice. I have to leave a star unfortunately in order to post this review.

I have severe health anxiety and felt extremely comfortable in Tracy's care. When I came to this office, I was already annoyed by the 20-30 min wait times before you're even called into a room. The office staff is never accountable or apologetic for anything. If anything, Rose and Gabby go out of their way to be petty. If there is an issue at the office they will never speak to you, they make other people call you back. Rose did a PA for a medication once, under my maiden name, after already giving them my new married name and new drivers license. I went round and round with the pharmacy and the office until I requested to see the PA approval form. Had Rose taken two seconds to speak to me about it, she would've realized her error. Instead she was rude to me via email correspondence, and made it seem like I was the reason for all of the confusion. Don't even get me started on the amount of times I have had my prescriptions sent to the incorrect pharmacy and 30 day refills after requesting 90 day refills for non-narcotic meds. I have lapsed in my medications that cannot be stopped abruptly 3 times because of their inefficiencies. When I spoke to the office mang., Brandy, regarding my frustration's of the office, her response was wild. She said and I quote "yah F*&k my life, I gave two many employees time off with checking to see who was off first". I myself work in a medical office and am appalled that the office mang speaks to patients in this way. Even after all of this, I stayed because Tracy is a WONDERFUL practitioner who actually listens to you. Well, today was the final straw. After being scheduled for med refill and bloodwork appt, I showed up for my appt, only to be told that HE'LL be in shortly. When I asked who "he" was, I was told Dr Patterson will be in to explain everything. I have historically only seen Tracy the NP, and had never even met Dr Patterson. Brandie the office mang never once said anything to me that my provider had changed, let alone that Tracy was no longer even a part of the practice. After waiting until 9:20am for my 8:40 appt, I walked out. I asked for a records release to sign as I was leaving and could hear the back office talking about me. How I just "walked out". Now that Tracy is gone, I will never return to this office. Dr Patterson is transitioning to concierge medicine and will now be requiring an annual fee for tiered patient care. I already pay my copays, deductibles, and coinsurances. I would never pay an annual fee for a Doctor who doesn't give a shit about how shitty his office runs or how they treat their patients.

Nurses take care of the vitals and ensure everything runs smooth in the examination rooms. The support staff is equally wonderful and very knowledgeable in insurance billing. Dr. Przybylski and his practice is associated with the former Mount Clemens General Hospital, now called McLaren Macomb. I highly recommend this practice for individual and family needs.
