This is also the biggest pet shop in County Road and one which has a decent variety of well looked after pets, accessories and food. The staff are always friendly and willing to help although at times you need to be patient before you get seen to, as it does get busy on occasions. If you are a lover of pets, this is a great place to come for a browse and be able to obtain tips and advice from knowledgeable staff. They have no idea when it comes to animal care / incubating eggs for reptiles. after a long, long saga with Andy's aquatics, they admitted that when they turn the lights off at night, also turned off the power for the incubators meaning reptile eggs took far longer than they should to hatch and also resulted in us losing a lot of the eggs under their care. Very rude staff when confronted about this and they have the audacity to joke about kicking eggs across the room when they fail to hatch / hatch deformed. Absolutely disgusting shop I will not be using again. I'd advise everyone to steer clear of these animal abusing frauds also.
