On October 1, I got a call back from law student Savanah who conducted an interview, but was unable to explain the firm's nearly 2 week delay. 3. The next contact from the firm was not till November 18, when lawyer Andres left a voicemail with no apology for the 2-month delay. 4. He subsequently sent me an email stating, "If you wish to proceed with your claim, it is important to act immediately. Failure to do so may bar your claim based upon time limits."
