It wasn't too cold and while there was boba, it didn't overpower the drink itself and neither did the jelly. As expected, this place is overpowered by little youngins with a sweet tooth but I can't blame them. It's not like they made the wait any more longer or shorter. The customer service was good and quick, nothing to complain about. I will continue to come here when I have a boba itch. I've also tried their bingsu which was also really good but....alot. It's packed with red beans which are sweet and delicious, ice cream and fresh fruit. I know for a fact, I cannot finish it on my own so I suggest sharing it with someone else. Other than that, it is certainly a delectable and yummy dessert. Highly recommend. It is located in the strip mall with a lot of shared parking however, the businesses that share this trip, Malk are really rather popular so finding parking can be a little bit tricky. The benefit those at all the parking is free. I will see the menu is quite extensive whether you want a bowl or a smoothie or something else. I did opt for a bowl and so did my friend as you can see from the pictures. I have to say everything was super delicious very generous, considering the price and because there was a promotion it was really very generous. Despite me bringing it up multiple times, no acknowledgement has been made of how strange it is that they require the customer pick up corrections to delivery orders. They just act like I never said it. Even pizza places deliver replacement orders all the time. This Tropical Smoothie Cafe ignored my direct message here as well. Conclusion: They want you to go away if you're inconvenient. Don't waste your time with their feedback form or phone number. The people working the phones are nice, but they clearly just hand the issue to the local store, who are apparently encouraged to ignore whatever issues they don't want to address.
