    My phone 2 hours after his service .

    I DONT RECOMMEND!!! instead of fixing my phone. He made it worse. I went in to get my adapter change from the charging port, and he messed up my screen in the process of doing that. 2 hours after my service my phone was full of black green lines and I couldn't see anything on my screen and when I went to tell me he was trying to charge me more and acting like he wasn't working on my phone 2 hours before . The prices are cheap but you will end up paying more because they don't know how to do the job correctly . Worst phone repair in Tyler .

    I took 2 phones to get a screen replacement. They charged me more supposedly because they were using OEM products next day the first phone went out than I went back and they said the warranty was not good because I had dropped the phone which was a lie. 2 days later the second phone went out also and when I took it to get repaired somewhere else they gave me back the old screens and they aren't original. I would not recommend this place they don't use oem parts like they claim and the phones get damaged again.

    Do not recommend you go here. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max, i went into iRepair at Tyler to get the back glass replaced since it was broken. I waited two hours for the repair when I got my phone back it looked fine so I payed. Soon as I left I put a brand new case and screen protector I had gotten for when I fixed my phone. Not even a week goes by before I notice the replacement back screen is cracked pretty bad. Once I felt the back, the glass seemed so flimsy and cheap. I do want to note that during that week the phone was fixed I never dropped it or misplaced it. I was actually very careful with it because when it was broken I was bummed out about it, so I didn't want it to happen again. Since it happen so soon from the repair I assumed they would replace it. Specially since on their website is shows a 90 day warranty with every repair. So I called and explained what happen and that it's only been one week since I got it fixed and it seemed like the guy didn't even want to hear me out he just kept saying there's nothing he can do but to charge me again. I insisted that I just got it fixed it's only been a week but he started getting rude with me saying to bring it in if I want to pay to fix it or else there's nothing they can do. He told me there is no warranty on repairs when it clearly states that on their website. Like I said I do not recommend you come here for your repairs. They false advertise warranty and being able to do repairs quickly when I waited like two hours. The guy didn't even want to hear me out when I was explaining to him my situation.

    Cracked screen after 5 days.
