Selection is just ok and the hours are limited, so it's a pain to find time to go into the store. I've been here several times and the sales people are very rude and not very knowledgeable. There are so many stone yards in the Bay Area. Don't waste your time at this one. read more

I am not taking any pleasure of ranking them so low but it had to be known to other customers. Their stone selection is quite rich, and after a couple of visits I solidified my choice on Geoluxe polished. They gave me a sample to take home to experiment with, and it was indeed scratch and stain resistant. The only disadvantage was that it showed fingerprints. I shared my concern with the sales lady and she said that they have new, honed finishing, that doesn't show fingerprint. The store owner assured me that the technical characteristics of the honed are exactly the same as that of polished but they had no samples for me to take home. I trusted them, went ahead and bought 2 slabs. To my grandiose disappointment the honed finishing is not resistant to the metal marks. If you drop a knife, a fork, move a pot, a metal tray, press on the surface with a watch or a bracelet, they all leave metal marks, and you can't take them away with water. Yes, Magic Eraser erases the marks but it would be nice to be warned that I'll have to run with magic eraser every time I put a pot on the counter. When I raised my concern with the store owner, she offered no solution other than magic eraser. And that is the most disappointing that in addition to being mislead about characteristics of the material, there was no acknowledgment of misrepresentation or even a phone call from the store. read more

IRG has a very large warehouse of interesting stone of all types. Service was helpful, but a bit slow to engage. Prices were "north-Peninsula" high, and it was more difficult to get them than at smaller shops. You'll know what I mean when you visit. I suggest you look at granite in Hayward, where the prices are more wholesale. A bridge toll will save you a lot. read more

If you're picking out stone for countertops, you owe it to yourself to go check out Integrated Resources. Don't bother spending time at little kitchen stores or looking at the samples your contractor might have. I had only ever looked at those types of samples and was therefore convinced I didn't want stone and wanted the recycled glass and composite Vetrazza stuff. Luckily for me their production was backlogged when they moved factories and my counter/stone guy recommended that I go here and take a look. I dragged my husband (who hates anything retail, especially for boring home stuff) along. We were both amazed, and we actually had fun. It's literally hundreds of huge stone slabs of every color and pattern imaginable. They have some fabulous onyx that glows like it's lit, labradorite that my marble guy said was some of the nicest he's ever seen, and granite with patterns like a Chinese landscape painting. Nothing like the ugly crap you see in kitchen showrooms. I've gone back twice with my parents just to show it to them, even though I don't need more stone. That's how cool it is to walk around and look at everything. Staff was very helpful and willing to move a lot of slabs around to let us look for just the right ones. They've also been very friendly but always low-key on my repeat visits. read more

We are remodeling 2 bathrooms and were referred to Integrated Resources to pick out our granite and tile. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G selection. Really, as the other reviewers have commented, skip the small kitchen and bath shops and head here first! Reasonable prices. Ametta C. helped us out and she was terrific - super patient and gave us great advice. TIP: It helps know who you will use for your fabrication and installation first b/c Integrated will want this information to release your granite slabs & have your contractors name for tile pick-up. After searching and searching for a stone company we ended up buying from IRG and the product we selected was Pentalquartz for our kitchen. The price was right and the salesperson Alexis was very helpful and personable. Alexis and the staff were always welcoming as I went a few times and they didn't mind me having a toddler with me. (which many places gave me the stink eye). I'd give 5 stars but was promised a delivery on X day and didn't get the delivery until a full 7 days later. This pushed back my entire kitchen remodel by 1 week and with that, I will give 3 stars. It's a combination 50-50 of being great to work with and then delivering on time. My wife and I have been to many places to look at Granite/Marble/limestone/Quartz I must say this is the very best place to shop for that. Everyone in the showroom has very much knowledge in this selection process. We drove all the way from the East Bay Area to go there, Great selection and great prices. Ok, where can I start? After almost choosing a basic stock color (baltic brown) that our contractor carried, we looked at it a bit more -- yuk...what could we have been thinking? I suddenly understood what people were talking about when they spent lots of time looking for granite. You have to like it because you will have it a long time. So the search began. We had gone to a number of the large stone sellers all over the Bay Area. My husband just happened to be driving through Brisbane and stopped into IRG. He was very impressed with the selection and got excellent help from Alexis, who gave him several samples to bring home. We went back together and after several more trips (they have so much incredibly beautiful stone that it is hard to decide) we selected some beautiful and unusual granite for our kitchen. We have not seen this stone in anyone's kitchen (and my husband is in real estate) or anywhere, before we got it or since. Alexis was great with pointing out things she thought we might like (and she was right) but with absolutely zero pushiness. She knows so much about all the different stone that it is really amazing. If a question came up that stumped her, she would go right to the owner and get an answer. Since then, we have been back to buy all the marble tile for two bathrooms and a beautiful marble slab. We have enjoyed working with Alexis each time, and cannot say enough good things about her. It is like seeing an old friend each time we return. She remembers us after a year, and even remembers what granite we put in our kitchen. She works very hard and always has a smile. The prices were among the best we found also. Excellent choice of products. Huge warehouse. They give you the freedom to walk around their whole warehouse and look at the multitude of products. I had a half assed idea on what type of tile and granite I wanted to use on my remodel project but definately needed a little fine tuning in my choices. Enter Ameeta. She met with me and LISTENED to my ideas. She made suggestions and confirmed some of my choices. I could not be happier with the results of my Remodel. I don't think I could have ever done it without Ameeta's help. On top of that I felt that their prices were more than fair. I would highly recommend IRG for any stonework that you are intending to install and I would especially recommend Aleeta as your salesperson. read more

Great selection of natural stone slabs or synthetic material. This is a must-visit store if you're shopping for a specific design (color, pattern, material). It is one of 3-4 stone yards worth visiting on the south peninsula/san jose area. They have a wide selection to choose from and the slabs are beautiful! The warehouse is clean and well organized. Wear a coat in the winter, as with most slab yards, it gets cold despite being indoors. Help is hard to find when it gets busy, but you can always request assistance from the folks sitting just inside the window wall. I can't remember the name of the sales person who helped me (? alexis), but she was terrific. I initially put one slab color/style on hold, but later purchased a totally different slab (n=3). I think the cost/sf was a little high, but I was very happy with my selection and purchase this past June 2016. read more

I see others have had similar experiences as I did recently with IRG. I spent a great deal of time picking out a slab for my bathroom. Alexis and Courtney were very knowledgeable and helpful. We put two very unique slabs on hold; in fact, they were the only two left in the showroom. Four days into the hold (we had forwarded money to our fabricator for purchase and pick up) we got a call from Alexis saying she was very sorry but that these slabs had already been sold and were not tagged and should have been removed from the floor. My wife was heartbroken. We were told to contact the owner (shouldn't the owner have called us to apologize and attempt to rectify the situation?). We spoke with Ameeta who was willing to give us 20% off the retail price of another slab. Our fabricator had already negotiated a lower price for our slabs, essentially the 20% she was offering. Our designer has described various of these types of experiences. He believes them to be unscrupulous and does not refer his clients to them. We went because we had purchased a slab from them previously and they have a large selection of stones. I agree with other reviewers that you can get better pricing in Hayward. I was forced to look for another slab and found one at Marble Unlimited who were fabulous to work with but more importantly, ethical. Interestingly, the slab i chose was also at IRG in Dublin and priced 20% higher. read more

We selected our kitchen granite here. It took three trips before a final decision was made - there were lots of choices. The staff is very helpful - they gave advice if asked and moved slabs around so we could see them side-by-side. Your salesperson will tag the slabs you like and reserve them for a week. Let your fabricator purchase the stone for you - they get a better price. read more

Finally got my kitchen counter installed and it looks great! I started last fall with several styles in mind and Alexis did a great job providing me with all the info, pros/cons of going with different styles, and names/numbers of fabricators. Fast forward several months, finally narrow it down to a style I like, but they only have Matte finish and I'm used to Polished. Alexis checks and finds out there's a shipment coming in 4-6 weeks, but not sure how much is polished or matte finish. Alexis notifies me the day the shipment comes in, helps me choose the slabs a few days later. Oh, and several emails with pictures of slabs and installed granite to help me choose. Just great help all the way around from Alexis! Oh, and as for IRG itself, it had the best selection of granite over the other stores I looked at. read more

I hate to be the only person with the negative review but we did not have the same customer service experience as everyone else. Maybe it was just a bad day for them? We have been to a few places mostly in SL and really liked a few slabs of quartzite from Eurostone in San Leandro (great customer service) but in reading the reviews and looking at IRGs website we didn't want to regret not looking, we were looking for a quartzite and their website had a lot of choices. We made the drive from the East bay, walked in and were very happy to see a pretty large selection. A nice woman came over to us after we had been looking for only 10 minutes and we shared with her that we were still looking but we were considering going with one color on the island and another on the surrounding areas. She moved quickly to have slabs moved so we could see more and we let her know it was not necessary as we were still looking and she said no worries and started to move the granite and then she disappeared. We kept looking, found a granite we liked and my husband and I agreed we would do same color on everything and we needed 3 slabs. We found a gentleman this time to help us. We asked him the cost he said $35 and literally walked away from us in mid sentence. My husband then looked for the lady who assisted us when we walked in, she said she needed to help someone else and then brought the gentleman back. We looked at the first slab, liked it and told him we just need two more. They moved the first slab out of the way and gave us a view of the two others. The second two had a lot of black fillers all over the granite and also had scratching all over the left of side of the granite. Not being experts on granite we asked if our fabricator could fix the scratches and he said no but he told us they wouldn't charge us for that area. We know what our measurements are and we let him know we would need most of the 3 slabs, and he laughed at us - he said' oh you need every inch' and laughed. I asked him if he had he could move more of the slabs so we could select 2 more that did not have filler and scratches and he started to lecture me that if I didn't like the granite I should just select something else or come back with my fabricator and he could tell me what we would use. I am thinking, this is going to cost me 7-8k just for the slabs and he wants me to buy granite with scratches and fillers. I fully understand why they don't want to move slabs around but then they should ensure they have quality slabs. We are sticking with Eurostone, they seem to care about customer service. Our only regret is that we wasted time driving down there. read more

After a long day, I write my tale of woe: We started going to IRG months ago when we started planning an entire home remodel. I went many times and spent hours wandering alone through the warehouse with a clipboard, waiting hours for a sales person to make time for me. I needed basic questions answered, like how much the different stones cost. You can't get this information without talking to a sales person. We need a few different stones. One of which is very unique, the others more regular. About 4 weeks ago, our contractor told us we need to finalize our decisions. I went back to IRG. I work, so I usually go in on Saturday. I waited a long time and finally got the attention of one of the sales persons, Alexis. I had come to know her as the most knowledgeable. I looked through the specific stone I wanted. This type of stone is very unique and varies slab by slab. It is also expensive. I chose a slab and Alexis put a hold on it for me. She did warn me that that particular slab might be sold. She said she would call me if it was. No one called. Next week, I took off of work, thinking that I would quickly buy my special slab and choose the other regular marbles and close the deal. I saw that my hold tag was gone. I was told that the stone was sold. Alexis reminded me that she had said it might be. (Yes, but she also said she would call me if it was...But, I thought, ok, I was warned. I was disappointed, but...) Alexis was busy with another customer, so I worked with Jeremy. With Jeremy, I looked at other slabs. The remaining slabs were not the best dimension for my long counter. So, I put two slabs on hold and needed to check with the fabricator and contractor to see if these dimensions will work. Jeremy assured me that he would call me if there was any problem. He knew that I had already had a slab sold without notice so I thought that I could rely on his assurances that he would call me. He also said they would call me before releasing the hold to another person. (Surely they wouldn't sell a slab out from under me twice; and without a call twice.) I didn't receive a call. I went back about 10 days later. I didn't see my holds or slabs. I thought they might have moved them. I spoke with Jeremy about the slabs, and we went and looked at the stones. My holds were gone and so were my slabs. I asked why he didn't call. He said "Oh, we don't call people any more." He became quite squirrelly and said he needed to work with another customer. So, I worked with Courtney. Courtney and I then started going through these. There were lots of holds and some that were "sold". I saw a stone that might work; I noticed that the hold on it had expired a few days earlier. I asked to put it on hold. Courtney said, No. She said, we NEVER release a hold, even an expired hold, unless we speak with the customer before. (????!!!!) I told her what happened to me and what Jeremy said ("We don't call"). She said, sorry. So, today I called and asked to speak with the owner Ameeta. I started the call by saying, I thought you might want to hear what has happened to me. I told Ameeta my story. She said she would call me back. (She didn't take my number.) Interestingly, she called me back (she must have had my number). When she called back she said, IRG doesn't spend time calling people back because that is not productive. She said, if I want a stone, I need to come in and buy it the same day. She said, that if I wait a month to come back that the hold will not be in place. (I answered, I didn't wait a month; it was a week on the first, and then 10 days on the second.) She said I should have called and checked on the slabs. (??? your employees assured me that they would call me). She blamed me because I did not call. (Am I supposed to nag the employees? Jeremy assured me that I would have time to check with my contractor and fabricator. They said they would call if there was an issue.) IRG's owner blamed me when IRG sold these very unique slabs sold out from under me. I thought the owner would at least say something like, this is not supposed to happen. I thought she would take responsibility. She did not. She did offer that she released a hold on one of the stones so if I want to come in, I can buy it today. (I wonder if she checked with that customer.) Anyhow. I like to work with businesses that deal fairly with people. I expect a business to follow through on what they say, and admit it if they drop the ball. I don't deal with a business expects me to drop everything on a work day to rush to their store to pay thousands of dollars, when they have already double sold multiple stones on me. It fatigues me that IRG wasted so much of my time. IRG has set me back on our project for weeks. It fatigues me to start over on a time consuming search for an appropriate stone and dealer. But that is what I will have to do. Very disappointing. Thanks IRG read more

We picked out 3 slabs and paid. When it came time to install, they said they had "lost" our granite. These slabs are huge and very difficult to "lose." It set us back weeks to order something not as good. We suspect they sold our slabs to someone else who paid them extra, when they saw ours waiting in the showroom. read more

We were very pleased and enjoyed working with them. In fact, we just purchased another stone from them. They have the largest and the best selection than anywhere else. The owner and his wife are the nicest and most helpful people. Along with "Alexis"' who is a people person and enjoys her work. I would not recommend one stone cutter that is on their list. "Stoneman"' even though they are highly rated on yelp. They sprayed sealer all over, including our custom made cabinets, which had to be redone. The owner reached out to me and made arrangements to come out to our home and inspect the counter top. Apparently he was out of the country and this caused the delay in his response. He came out and was very kind. He offered to treat the counter top, helping to remove of the stains. I'm happy with his response but would recommend that their sales staff warn future customers wishing to purchase the St. Laurent, that it's prone to staining and shows the stains especially since it is dark brown. Overall, I'm happy with his interest helping to resolve our issue. read more

The only reason i gave 4 stars instead of 5, is this stuff is not cheap. GORGEOUS stock and Great service (Alexis)--and they didn't even end up doing the job. Small job and she referred me to one of their fabricators, who happened to have a scrap that worked perfectly. BUT whenever we have a full job, I would certainly return there. Friends used them (how I knew to go), so I know they do good work as well. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I was a long time repeat customer of IRG and was doing another whole house remodel. Much to my surprise and extreme disappointment, IRG released a slab that I had on hold to another customer without so much as calling to see if I still wanted the slab. I had spent a quite a bit of time designing a number of rooms around this slab, coordinating everything with it, choosing tile to match, working on the layout - it was all done. I went in to buy the slab and found that it had been given away the day before. I strongly recommend you shop elsewhere if you value integrity in business practices. read more

IRG has good selection, wish I could say the same about the customer service. It sucked, BIGTIME. Specifically, Estella who seemed to hate her job. When we were trying to get an approximation of how much marble we needed and how much it would cost based on our remodel plans (seemingly normal question right?), she told us "we only have 10 minutes to close so I don't have time", then left her office with us standing there. Who does that?....go to Davinci Marble in San Carlos or Pietrafina in Hayward, better pricing and WAY better service. read more

I resurfaced the entire outdoor area of my house and the tiles I chose tuned out to be very slippery when wet. We couldn't safely use our swimming pool or walk outside safely when it rained or drizzled! So we felt desperate. We contacted IRG and they were incredibly dedicated in trying to help us find a solution. They came to our house and brought a Slipperiness Test Specialist (not from IRG) and did all the testing in front of me. The tests showed that the tiles past the standard requirements for slipperiness but for us it didn't mean anything because the tiles were still slippery. So they came back for another tests and the results were the same. Dilmohan, the owner, was very hands on and came to my house for all the tests to make sure that everything was correctly done. IRG helped me find a solution for my slippery floor after a couple months of research and tested samples. Turned out we had to sandblast the whole thing. The outcome was excellent. The floor is not longer slippery when wet at all and we are very happy. The whole process was a bummer for us and for IRG but they sure made the best out of it and took full responsibility for everything even though the sliperiness tests showed that our tiles were under the standard acceptible numbers. Most companies out there would have said they had nothing to do with it and walked away. IRG proved to us that they care about their costumers full satisfaction more than the majority of sellers out there. Really impressive costumer care. We would definitely recommend Integrated Resources Group. read more

This is the best place ever! I've never seen so much beautiful stuff in all the places that I've visited (and I've visited A LOT). The staff was so attentive and helpful that the biggest complaint I have is that there were too many choices. I would tell everyone I know about this place. If you are remodeling or just want to see some amazing natural stone, you have to check this place out. P.S. They have a wonderful Wheaton Terrior that is there every day and really adds a down home and relaxed feeling to a most often stressful process in a home remodeler's hell! read more

My experience at Integrated Resources Group was as good as it gets. Their selection of stone was amazing, prices were great and customer service was even better. Specifically, Estella, who made choosing the right piece of stone for my home easy, for I know very little about stone and my wife knows even less. If there was an option of not putting any stars for Integrated Resources, that would have been my option. I am sorely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and ethics of the owner of this granite supply house. My husband and I drove over an hour and a half and met our decorator at Integrated Resources to pick out granite slabs. After viewing everything in stock, we agreed on some beautiful slabs, followed their policy and put them on hold, and left feeling our day was extremely productive. We continued making decisions about other materials to match the granite, and just as we were ready to begin our project, the unbelievable happened. The fabricator called the owner of Integrated Resources to pay for our slabs, and he informed her that he decided to give them to someone else and was going to let them purchase them that day. She reminded him that we had it in writing (signed by him) that they were still on hold, for us and he told her that he was going to give them to someone else anyway. He truly did not care that this showed an incredible lack of ethics or that it completely disrupted and actually stopped our plans.The stone we chose was quite unusual, and frustrating weeks were spent making innumerable calls, searching the web, and visiting other supply houses to try find a similar stone. I suggest that anyone looking for stone, chose a reputable supply house rather than one that isn't trustworthy. read more
