They tried to deliver to me for a week while my roommate and I were at work at the same time…read moreeveryday, sent me a text on Monday of the next week saying that I had to call the delivery man. When I did call him he said that I had to be there to get it and that he only delivered in my area at a certain time (in the middle of the day). If I could not be there, I could redirect the package to a friends and have them sign for me (they would also be at work). Though this whole conversation he was rude and told me to call the main office to give them the "correct address" (it was correct, but I work a normal 9-5 job). When I did call the office they were much nicer and offered to redirect the package to where I work (giving this 2 stars and not just 1). They did and did not call me to say it was delivered and just left it with reception (which I thought was weird after how intense they were about needing me to sign in the first place). Overall, it made getting a gift delivered for Valentines day a huge hassle

They also do a 'direct' service where the courier takes your item direct to destination, as opposed to doing other deliveries on the way (of course you pay a small extra charge for this). They're a big company, with motorbikes always available - I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes for a pickup. Most town jobs cost between 12 and 20 Euro, which is competitive. I'm sure if you shopped around you might find someone a Euro or two cheaper, but if you want speed, efficiency and peace of mind knowing your documents or whatever are getting from a-b then Pony Express is the go. Their website is fantastic too - you can get quotes and pay online, order jobs, etc. Great stuff.

I choose to give this place ZERO stars because of the rude lady who works there (don't remember her…read morename). I went there to print 2 copies of the Irish Citizenship form, in colour, at 40c a page. After printing them, I noticed that most of the pages had the tops 'cut off' and she explained that I need to specify if I wanted the pages to fit (fit to size) as it was 'actual size' by default. This is an official document that I needed and I can't mail incomplete documents. She refused to reprint the forms so, after 15 minutes of arguments back and forth between us, I threw them in the bin there, in front of her, as they were useless to me. These forms are 17-18 pages each, and total cost with 2 A4 envelopes was 19euro. (very expensive) In conclusion, she was very rude, provided bad customer service and risked loosing a potential returning customer for less than 20euro!!! Never again shall I go to BizPost for anything, if they can't even get a simple PDF document/form printed properly.

Now. I am a train spotter in NI. Meaning I am interested in ALL NI Railways trains. So, let's get…read moredown to business... The train looks SICK, it sounds SICK. (The locomotive at the end/front) However... NEGATIVES~ I found that it tends to go quite slow in around Belfast and Dublin, And the speed seems to stay quite low. When we were approaching Dublin, it was going at a snail's pace! The seats have threads sticking out of them (Just a bit) The table is scratched a bit on the edges too. BUT I AM NOT TRYING TO CRITICISE THIS TRAIN AT ALL - I HAVE MORE POSITIVES THAN NEGATIVES! POSITIVES~ The interior of the train is VERY classy! Very good selection of refreshments! I also LOVE how it comes with a free magazine, specially made for the Enterprise sitting on the table when you board. Seats are INCREDIBLY Comfy! Pretty silent train! Air Conditioned seating areas! On-Board toilets! Luggage space overhead! Panoramic window! Window blind! So there you go. Much more positives that negatives. 4 Stars from me :) Very good job NIR! P.S.- I am talking about the standard class coach. Thanks for reading my review, hope it helped!

Departing from Central Station in Belfast and…read morearriving in to Connolly in Dublin, the enterprise offers a quick and convenient link between the two capital cities. One small issue for me is that the Enterprise claims to have free wifi but it's terrible, there's an ancient proverb that says 'no wifi is better than slow wifi' and this definitely applies here. There's a few of these services a day and they stop At Newry Station. Apart from the wifi the on train facilities are good, clean and comfortable which is the main thing. There's no free food on this service but you can buy snacks from the expensive food cart if you're starving! It won't break the bank either, if you're smart Ruth your bookings you can get a single for as little as £11!
