Came here on a Thursday at ~11am (to avoid the lunch rush) and it was jam packed with students and working professionals. Luckily the staff here are super efficient yet patient with customers. It's self-service. You order at the counter and they'll call out your number. Many claimed their seats before ordering, which id recommend as there are only ~15 tables inside. Once I ordered, food was ready in ~5min. And it was huge! A fresh flatbread slathered with a delicious garlic sauce and stuffed with warm juicy chicken kebab sliced fresh off the spit and fresh salad mix. The thought of this kebab sandwhich is making me drool. The toppings were almost falling out because of how much they stuffed in. Probably one of the best bites I had in Berlin! The falafels were fried to order, which I appreciate. After the falafels were ready, the gentleman working put them in a wrap and then went to the bar of vegetables and toppings in front of me. He added hummus, cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, and I think a spicy mustard. After he finished stuffing the wrap, he rolled it up and placed it on a grill press for a few minutes. My falafel wrap was delicious and full of flavors and textures! Starting with crunchy! It had a big crunch from the grilled wrap. Then I got the added crunch from the falafel.
