I brought my vehicle to Iron Horse and was provided an inaccurate price estimate. The vehicle was dropped off after the representative told me it shouldn't cost much. The scratch was very minor. Once the vehicle was within their position, the price somehow doubled once they claimed more work needed to be done. The scratch was on the surface of the paint and no dents needed to be repaired. This was already frustrating enough. Upon picking up the vehicle, I had issues with the lane departure system. It was no longer working. Additionally, the trunk labels were missing. After bringing the vehicle back for the repair, they stated there would be an additional charge of $600 to just fix the lane departure system, which wasn't brought to my attention at initial check-in. Plus additional charge to reapply the emblems they neglected to re-install. Thinking the headaches were over, I paid for my vehicle only to find that there is a 4% charge for any credit card purchase, which would likely be most people's payment method given the extremely high prices here. I work in the automotive industry along with Iron Horse, therefore they visit my place of business in person with snacks to convince us to send business to their facility. If this is how they conduct business with those they are trying to earn business from in return, I couldn't imagine how they conduct business with the average customer. You'd expect to be able to trust this business with your vehicle, but instead I've left feeling I've been taken advantage of. Unfortunate for what's supposed to be a business partner. read more
