They took time to explain everything so we knew how to open the back doors and use the ramp if required as well as understand what could go in the container. They came back within one hour of us texting to say we were finished and took the container away without any fuss. Very clean, well spoken, well dressed driver. A virtually brand new container which was big enough (it's enormous !) to fit in all the many things we needed to dispose of.
