Most restaurants with higher quality believe their customers will want medium well. You have to state to them you need it cook longer if you don't like the temperature they cooked it at. With fish I do think you have to meet a certain quality temperature to not upset the customer completely. I am picky with fish so mine has to be made well done here. The sides are good that come with the meals you typically get the mashed potatoes, vegetables or French fries options. The salad is extra here. I heard it's worth it though for their special 55 dressing. Polaris Grill is a good option if your looking for your typical medium to higher end priced American meal for lunch or dinner.

However, Kelli was having major issues this time. Forget the customer is always right. She kept going out of her way to try to put me down and prove I was stupid, and she was smart. (Even though it was obvious at least once that she was wrong about something, saying for sure a couch was in one area of the store until her associate pointed out it was in a completely different area). I was rather irritated and thought my husband didn't notice her repetitive, rude jabs since she was primarily trying to do it behind his back. This…read morefeedback comes after a direct, difficult discussion with the owner/manager of this family business to ensure there is no confusion regarding which location provided this experience. I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience that started with the service department and ended with a complete lack of leadership. When I expressed my frustration, the manager's response was effectively, "service is bad everywhere." There was no apology or "how can I help?" Instead, I was given excuses about how difficult it is to find personable technicians and why I should essentially accept a subpar experience. It's clear management is more focused on preserving "margins" than providing professional service. If good service is hard to find, I'd still rather take my business to someone who actually tries. Being content with providing a horrible customer experience is a choice, and it's one this business has made. Recommendation: Save yourself the headache and go to Pony Powersports instead. They seem to understand that protecting the bottom line shouldn't come at the expense of the person standing in front of them.
