Ramsay went to every single location, including confirming with city officials for properties without addresses, in order to give me bids even before confirming the work! And he did this in less than 24 hours after I send the bid request! To top that, ALL OF THE WORK was done within the same day! And major bonus = his pictures were so good that I didn't even have to hire a photographer. I was able to pay a bit extra (my suggestion) and receive 5-10 images per property after the cleanup. I've been waiting six months for the gate, and the owner has not responded to emails, texts or voice messages. This spring we found that the crew breached our sprinkler lines in at least two places. In one place, the breach was so bad that the concrete flowed inside the pipe (see photo). While the fence itself is lovely and we like it, it is these kinds of issues and lack of communication that cause me to provide this review.

They told me that I was the one confused about our phone conversation and they remembered everything about the interaction, even though they said it happened late in the day and the time on my cell phone showed the call was at 8:20AM. In the end, if they had simply apologized and admitted they got the timing wrong instead of trying to make me look like I had screwed up, I could have been more understanding. But trying to tell me I was the one who was confused about the appointment just makes them seem incredibly untrustworthy. It looks like they do good work when they actually show up, but this interaction has me seriously questioning their integrity.
