I use Ravenhead Services for my hotel & restaurant. I have had to use a few different laundry's…read moreover the years but none compete with the level of service we received from Ravenhead Services. The quality of linen was first rate, the delivery has always been on the correct day within a decent time frame, and if I have ever had any kind of queries, it is the Managing Director himself that has always come out to meet with me. I've never come across a laundry service that has placed that much importance on the individual customer to be honest!! I wouldn't hesitate recommending them to anybody.

Basically it's like taking your stuff home to your mum after a month at uni... the next day it's washed and folded and ready to go! At only £7 for a dress and £10 for a evening dress, you can't complain... I also noticed that they do wedding dresses for £90 if you need that all important outfit finely washed and pressed.

The staff are really, really friendly and always manage to have your washing ready before you expect. It costs around a tenner to have a suit dry-cleaned, which is slightly cheaper than other launderette's in the vicinity, and it can be back the same day as long as it's handed in early enough. I live miles away and preferred to travel to Krisp + Kleen than use any of the other launderettes closer to home. We had no washing machine for the first couple of months in our new house, so I practically lived in the place. Well, I dropped stuff off for service washes every fortnight. They even know my name now! Prices for service washes vary depending on the size of your load, but I always had the feeling they made very little profit per bag and charged mainly for the washing and drying. Also known as Leigh Laundry…read more Dropped 2 large bags of bedding to be washed and dried this week. Picked up last night, 29th June 2018. When we got home we emptied the 2 black bags and all my bedding was a mess. The smell was as if they hadn't been washed and put straight into a tumble dryer. I knew they had been in a tumble dryer as they looked as if they had been left in too long and then scrunched up and put into the bin bag without trying to fold anything. Im awaiting a call back but as I asked for the owner, he is conveniently on holiday for 2 weeks and they don't have a manager. What a disgrace and won't be back.

Tried calling the shop several times initially said they didn't know what had happened as staff change over twice during the day. Said I would be called back, didn't happen. Called again, staff adamant it had been washed. Asked for the Manager to call me but didn't return my call. Not happy.
