The office staff was professional and super knowledgeable as well. When I had first called to inquire about Doctor Shiflet's techniques the woman I spoke with not only had worked there for 10 years but she was so kind! It starts with the front desk. A tech named Jen did the pre-doctor stuff like light massage and then takes notes before the doctor came in to perform adjustments to my spine which corrected my alignment problems, which eased my pain.
