I had this oil company deliver oil to two homes for over 18 years. They are expensive. They have an oil furnace protection plan that I put on my furnace the day it was installed. Imagine my surprise when they verbally notified my tenant (not me) that they were not renewing the protection plan. The contract provides that they will provide written notice prior to not renewing. When I pointed this out they could have cared less. They also stopped delivery on automatic schedule to a friend who is a federal government employee who got behind during shutdown. Not a good neighbor. I also had to wait many months for cleaning despite contract which is supposed to include a cleaning. Even with contract they manipulate service so that you pay a lot for repairs. My current provider is much better for part prices. read more
