We had to call the police!! After dropping off our car and not hearing a word from them all day, we called to find out when it would be ready. They said "yeah, we lost your keys, being another set and we will clean your car." We immediately drove there to figure out what happened. They started trying to give us cash. Came to this place with no appointment early on a Saturday on this place was already packed. There were two guys here and they had a bunch of cars lined up already. I have a 2010 Toyota Tundra and was looking to get the works. My vehicle was the last to go, and it was after all the vehicles, and they still got it good! They charged an extra $45 to do the headlights and all the guy did was run a orbital polisher with wax over it and I watch them when I arrived he said all the stains on the inside it's not and I can do about it, I had another professional do it today and it looked brand new so don't get your headlights done at Irvings also door jams are full of dirt and all the windows were smeared When the supposedly cleaned the windows so be aware of the dingy lighting in that space because your car looks good in there dingy lighting but once you get it outside it's not worth what you pay read more

Picked this place because I was in town center for the day. Usually do a good detail once a year and expect to pay about 150-200$. I went with the "complete detail" which was $170. The exterior looked great but the interior I felt like I could have done the same job myself. Just lacked attention to detail that I have gotten from previous detail shops before. Car had streaks all over the dash, door jams weren't clean, in between buttons on the dash weren't clean, rubber floor mats weren't power washed. Not what you would expect for almost $200. Rather than arguing for my money back I just won't come back here. read more

My car got stuck in the mud during a storm and it was covered head to toe to under carriage in dried mud. Since I have an older car that tends to be ashy (ie no shine no matter how clean it is), I decided to go for the standard exterior wash. When they returned my car I honestly thought they had waxed it (and was low key annoyed because they would probably charge me for a service I didn't ask for). The gentleman told me that they only washed it and did not wax it and I was shocked but very pleased. The quality of work is great d their attention to detail is perfection ( I had a car magnet on and I forgot to take it off and without being prompted they took it off and placed it in my car prior to washing it). My poor car hasn't been thoroughly cleaned since I bought it. Sure it's been through a car wash and it's been vacuumed, but I wanted my car to be as clean as the day I got it. That's where my search for an auto detailer began. I tried dealing with the mobile auto detailing, but I work crazy hours and the ones I tried calling seemed to be busy every time I dialed. Thank God for Yelp! I managed to find this place and it was so convenient for me. I have the most random days off so I called early morning to see if I could schedule an appointment. The guy I spoke to mentioned that a full detail would take about 4 hours so I ended up scheduling it for 12pm drop off time. I was lucky enough that my friend could drop me off, but even if I had stayed - there's plenty for me to do if I have to wait in Town Center. I dropped off my car and the guy warned me it may take longer just with how busy they were. I was in no hurry and picked up my car around 5pm. My car looked so good. Everything on the outside was shiny and the inside was just as good. They were very thorough indeed. Every little crevice inside my car was cleaned and the gear shift and steering wheel were cleaned up so it didn't have all that build up of my constant driving. Total for my in and out clean car was $160 plus tip. I thought it was thoroughly worth it and my car still smells like it's brand new. The guys who cleaned that car were so nice, even if I did pick up my car a little bit past closing time. Definitely worth the money. read more

It wasn't busy so he waited around an hour for it. While there is nothing that can make my car look brand new with the exception of buying a brand new car, I must say it did *dazzle!* My paint was gleaming! I love IDS, my experience there was amazing. The employees provide excellent customer service and know you by name. They are maticulous, leaving no area of your car undone. They provide feedback on things to do to protect your paint and areas to watch out for when parking your car to avoid minor scrapes and bumps. They also offer buffering services to remove those minor bumps and scrapes, which prevents an insurance claim. I was not satisfied with the work done on my SUV. My wheels were shining and it was clean but it's not what worth $75. The only reason why I needed them to clean it was to blow out the food in between the cracks. They couldn't do that. I have kids and my truck is not like most so to pay this amount was not worth the money. Thank you for the service but it's not worth the detailing. This is far from it. I keep getting disappointed from car wash to car wash and thought that with your high prices that I would get what I pay for but I'm not one bit happy about this service. Bought the service on a Living Social deal. I came up on the time limit and had to use it, so I scheduled an appointment for a Friday. That day came and it rained cats and dogs, but I showed up anyway. When I got there, I found that I had missed the call informing me that the rain had shut them down, but not to worry...they would honor the deal anyway. I am pleased to say that not only did they honor the deal, but they honored themselves through the service and the effort that went into making my car look new, I mean brand spankin' new! I was so impressed that I already purchased another service for my wife's mustang. I would also like to comment on the courtesy and professionalism of the young men who work there. City mentality detailing. I went to get a wash and wax using a Groupon. The location can be confusing since they are located INSIDE the parking garage across from the Hilton Garden Inn. Just go inside, and they are on the left of the first ramp. The service was awesome. Every one of them were friendly. I asked the main guy for an estimate about a scratch and he told me that they don't handle scratches and said, "don't worry about it, once you fix that you'll get a scratch in another place. You'll go through 10 cars in your life, it's no matter". That's real advice. The work done was good too. My car smelled a bit funny afterward, but I had another scent tree left. I didn't see any problems. It takes an hour to hour and half for a wash and wax, so be prepared to eat around, you're in Town Center! read more

Unfortunately I would rate our SUV detailing a B-/C+. Had brought it to them with it already partially cleaned by us; vacuumed and windows wiped down. But we are selling the car and wanted it really clean for a sale. Not sure if they overbooked themselves that day, but they had the car for 6 hours; we showed up and they didn't clean the cargo area well, including the storage compartment, that we needed to point out to be addressed. All around the lift gate track was still full of grim and pollen pods, along the top and on the obvious sides by the tail lights. As was under the hood, such an easy clean up to make it look good! Rear window had some sticker residue that I imagined would have been addressed but wasn't, and the floor mats (all weather) has spots from the spray on all of them. And finally, package listing says the upholstery would be cleaned, but I'm not confident it was all addressed as I can see some dirt stains on them, too bad that was another reason we picked the full package. Like I said, maybe they were just really busy that day since we didn't pick up the car until 2 hours after closing time... but right now we will try another place before going back. :/ read more

Interior was left with a wet look for sure.. dripping wet. Had to go home and dry it myself. Got a mini detail for $95 dollars expecting a decent clean. Also when I got out of the garage I noticed numerous fine scratches. I'm assuming that's due to machine waxing rather than by hand. Not the happiest with these results. read more

My husband took the car to get it cleaned with a groupon I had bought for $29 at a $65 value. It included a hand wash, wax, and interior vacuum. At first glance, the car looked really clean. But when I got closer, I noticed that there were SO many spots that had been missed. Parts of the windows had gunk on it still, and areas in the front and back of the exterior did as well (looked like dead bugs). Not sure how they could have missed those areas since they were pretty large areas that were dirty. Then I looked inside... The front seats were clean (as usual, but the front is always clean), but the back looked like they barely vacuumed it. There were crumbs still in between the seats and floors. I'm not that picky when it comes to the outside of the car, but when it comes to the inside, I was really hoping for it to be cleaner than what I saw. Very disappointed. I'll just be cleaning my car myself from now on. read more
