The sales man was in contact almost every day keeping things running on schedule. They had a demo crew, fine grading crew and a great finishing crew along with a seperate cutting and clean up crew the next day. I would recommend them to anybody that has concrete work because thy were the most organized and professional crew I've seen in 50 years in the building business.

A professional gutter company should not use a leaf blower on wet leaves with no vacuum attached and leave a mess all over the house let alone I am paying to have leaves blown down my downspouts. He had no vacuum or hose. He said he would do his best to use a rag. Please do not blow wet leaves on the house and landscaping. I am worse off than before. I need to get up there and hose it out myself because people are swamped in the Spring. Company apologized and said we will send him back out. To do what? He has no hose or vacuum. Beware.

Having lived there for 13 years, I'd say the insulation temp "feel" factor in the rooms increased a tad, for winter and early spring, but not remarkably, as was led to believe. I don't regret the go- ahead on replacing the fiberglass insulation, though. An issue was apparent after the job. There was some communication with the man in charge, but that fizzled after my last message. This can easily happen once money has changed hands, and the job is paid in full. Regrettably, I have resigned to accept the issue.
