You could tell by the two colors of paint on the wall. The painter also didn't paint the window ledges and baseboards. I ended up doing it myself. I was wondering why she was so quick in and out. Nobody even came back to check her work, but hands out for the money right away. Next time I will check legitimate references from actual customers, rather than friends and family members of Sean, the owner. I ended up hiring someone else to finish the job. I guess I was gullible. But Sean said all the right things to lure me in. I would recommend not using his services. The man lied through his teeth to get the sale. Unbelievable that he didn't come by to check his employees' work or ask if we were happy with the work. I guess I learned by lesson. Never again.

We have high vaulted ceilings - and some challenging spots which they managed very well. They left their workspace clean at the end of each day. So first the good. Tym showed up on time for both the estimate and to start the job. My furnishing…read morewere covered and care was taken. Now the BAD. I hired Tym because I had peeling paint in my bathroom. Tym had said the previous painter had painted latex over oil (or oil or latex Im not sure) and that had caused the peeling. He recommended they sand it down, fill the peeling areas, prime and re paint. I agreed and they started. Over all I was happy when the job was completed. I actually them hired them to paint the rest of my main floor. Fast forward 2 months and my bathroom is peeling again. In the EXACT same spots. I called Tym, he came over and had a look. Said he would talk to the paint store and get back to me. A few days later I reached out to Tym and he said he did everything correctly and it was peeling because I had not let the paint cure for the 2 weeks he recommended and moisture had got behind. I explained to Tym that I had waited the 2 weeks, I showered in the downstairs bathroom. Plus I had the most powerful fan installed the day after the job was completed (I do not have window) to avoid moisture all together. Tym refused to warranty the work but did say he would give me a discount on re doing it. If you didnt do it correctly the first time, why would I hire you again? After a couple weeks I reached out to Tym again and asked to be compensated. He finally agreed to pay for half the cost to have someone else redo. Althouh not happy I waited a week and no payment was sent. I texted him asking where the money was.....no response. In my mind this problem could have been easily corrected, but was not. So after paying TOP dollar to have the bathroom repaired and re painted......I now have to pay again to have it corrected and re done.
