We caught our breath on the top terrace, and what a view it was. The kind that hushes you quiet. The lemon cocktail was cold and sharp, dressed like it was headed to Sunday supper. The staff brought a tray of olives and chips that hit the spot,simple, perfect, and just enough to make you feel cared for. The folks here don't just serve drinks. They serve rest. They serve pause.
