My car was looking crazzzy for a few weeks after the spoiler on my Mercedes CL250 was cracked in half after someone attempted to steal it off. I came to Island Collision and the piece was going to cost around $500 to replace here and $900 to replace at Mercedes Benz dealership. Both quotes were out of my budget at this time so they suggested they can just remove the piece altogether along with the glue and it can still have a nice and clean looking finish for $50! Took one of my cars here after a huge accident. The front of my car was ruined in multiple places (bumper, hood, headlights, etc.). The guys had my car towed for me directly to the shop and started working on it right away. They helped me with all the insurance paperwork and also getting a rental. I got the car back in better shape than before the accident. I was in a previous accident where I took the car to the dealership. The dealership couldn't even get the color right. You could tell the difference between the panels. Teddy promised me that he would get the exact color and wouldn't be able to tell the difference. And he did exactly that. So this might be a different type of review since i didn't necessarily get a service done. My car got damaged at a drive thru and the restaurant insurance company was going to take care of the damages. I chose to have Steve handle the repairs but since the laziness or extremely lack of communication on the insurance part i decided to turn in my lease early and not deal with the damages. The reason for the 5 star is the EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION and PROFESSIONALISM of Steve. He was ontop of things immediately, he followed up consistently and was very professional and kind. I had a very heavy tree limb fall and crush a section of my hood during the recent storm that came through our area. AAA gave me some suggestions for Body Repair Shops, but they were either temporarily closed, did not have the best reviews or were too far away. I did a search on Yelp and found Island Collision Center. I was a bit nervous having only had to take my car in once to another place, (they were good but so busy it took me a while to get my car back) but my fears were put to rest when I brought my car in on a Wednesday. Steve was super kind and assured me they would replace my hood as trying to get the dents out and paint it would be more expensive. I was happy about getting a NEW hood! Not only that, he asked it I'd like him to order new hub caps for me because mine were trashed and he gave me a good deal! When I picked up my car on Saturday, which looked like new pretty much, his father was washing it. I was so surprised as the other place didn't do that.
