The seat and back foam insert cushions began to lose their shape. I contacted the store with photos and a rep. was sent over who agreed the chair should not be doing that. Later that month, he and a "specialist" came and said the back of the chair was a different type of pleating that could be adjusted and that the cushions were indeed failing. Two weeks later, I called the manager to ask what was happening and was told, "Nothing!" that I had an animal and that the time to return the chair had long past. She was extremely rude! I discovered later that my chair had been on their sales floor for about two years. I paid full price less 10% discount. I said I would have to file a Charge back and she said she would fight it and hung up on me! Later I received a gift card to a restaurant, I would much rather have had my chair repaired. Terrible customer service and they do not stand behind what they sell! Horrible experience with the manager.
