Everything was great... until I paid $425 to upgrade our drink package SPECIFICALLY because I was assured there would be plenty of high noons. I would not have upgraded the drink package if there were not high noons. Called the next day to ask for a refund because I was lied to, and Robert refused. He also called me a liar and was gaslighting me the entire conversation. (Based on reviews, this is not the first time he has been accused of calling paying customers liars). In the drink package it specifically says high noons are included, and the woman I spoke to assured me multiple times there would be plenty. Robert needs to learn how to respectfully talk to customers. Please avoid renting through this company. For the insane amount of money you spend, it would be much better spent elsewhere. P.S. - we actually had so much fun on this boat (aside from the drink issue) that if they would have made this right, multiple of us were considering rebooking in the future, but not anymore read more

I do not recommend this company one bit. Our experience was sub par for many reasons. We were charged the wrong amount of passengers and when I asked for the list they had based on waivers, one persons name was listed 2x. They are refusing to refund me. I offered a group photo, rsvp list, I don't know what other proof they need. On board the beverages that are usually cold were not. Warm white wine, yuck. I confirmed there would be rosé on board 2x during the booking process and alas, there was none. About 2 hours into the 3 hour ride, they went back and got some. It was warm, I should've expected that at this point. Several guests said the bartender was rude to them, I did not experience that but maybe because I footed the big tip. We pre ordered food and the order was incorrect. They book that through a 3rd party so it's not all their fault but if they are facilitating an order, they should make sure the order is correct. During booking, gratuity is pre paid based on the total amount and I cringed when I saw a tip jar on the counter. Was ~$700 not enough? I guess the good news is the boat didn't sink, so there's the positive takeaway from the experience. read more

We had a group of 7 people celebrating my birthday. We enjoyed the Party Tiki Boat experience (about 75 minutes). The music could improve, being a Tiki boat I would expect more of a party vibe - for some reason most of the time they played country music. Booked a 40 person cruise with Island Party Boat for a company outing for the second year in a row and couldn't be happier! I can't say enough great things about our river cruise -- it was truly the highlight of our team's onsite! After booking the same cruise last year, my team actually requested that we do the exact event again this year. Captain Rob and crew are professional, hospitable, and fun! Our favorite part of cruising with Island Party Boats is that there's no annoying announcements or tour. Just sit back, chat with your friends, grab a drink at the short line, and enjoy! Sunday was deemed Sunday funday which meant $2 Mimosas and $5 bloody Mary's. On the lake boat cruise you go through the lock and dam and there's some pretty good people/boat watching of the whole production of getting out to the lake.
