As well as the buildings they are working on reverberating the surrounding fields to make it somewhere not to miss whilst on the island. Make sure to reserve via email or by phone! The staff where lovely and the food was delicious. Having ordered 'The Full Basket', a big breakfast, you find yourself eating exactly what you expect and best of all they locally source all their ingredients; boasted on their menu. Tasting other things on the menu with my family, we where all delighted to say we would definitely come back. The setting is delightfully bright with windows facing the oceans. It's a little noisy of anything but they it is in the renovations to come. We where lucky to be one of a couple table in the room to really enjoy ourselves. My latest visit was with a ratbag bunch of mates whereby 15 of us all made individual orders. I opted for the salt and pepper calamari pack which came with salad and chips. I was expecting one of those lame mesclun salad with one piece of tomato and one piece of cucumber. Not the case. It was a perfect portion of shredded (!) cucumber, onion and tomato on a bed of clean spinach leaves and a punchy dressing. The calamari was real, fresh and huge! I'm talking pieces the size of your hand covered in a salt and pepper powder (not floured). All of this with the addition of a bed of golden chips below. Oh yeah! There is plenty of seating inside and out, with the outside bench seats offering a view on to the waterfront which is stunning during sunset!

While they said, they don't usually do that, they made an exception for us. We love that focus on the customer and appreciate the accommodation. All the food was excellent. We were debating about all three salads and our server suggested the one we got and we were not disappointed. Such a nice light dressing and lots of veggies. For dessert, we had the affogato. I love that dessert. So simple but delicious. Husband hates coffee and loves ice cream. I love both so works for both of us.

We were promptly seated and asked a couple times by different staff if we were ready to order. It seemed like there was a lack of coordination. However, after placing our order it did take awhile to flag a waiter's attention to get water refills and later one to go box for leftovers. In general the pastas were good in size but a bit lacking in flavors and seasoning. The bolognese and arrabiatta tasted about the same. The chicken risotto was watery instead of creamy. The romana pizza turned out to be the best of all the dishes we tried that night. At the end of the meal, we paid at the counter in front.
