If you are a local, or someone looking to move to our beautiful island, I suggest you avoid this realty company, dolores Coe is a slum Lord and will not fix anything that is wrong with your rental, she will all you to go ahead and fix whatever it is wrong that you are complaining about with the promise to reimburse you with no actual intent of ever repaying you even if you have receipts for labor and or material cost, we stayed in her rental at 301 J ave for 2 years and 3 months, made repairs to said property with the verbal agreement of being reimbursed to never see a dime, the house flooded and she had the carpet pulled up, we lived a month and a half with no carpet and brought up the fact that we shouldn't have to pay full rent until it was fixed only to be told we should find a new place to rent, this property and others she owns are in terrible shape, my significant other was pregnant at the time and due to the black mold problem our baby came 3 months early. We finally moved out due to the concern of our child, we had yup fight to get our deposit back even though we thoroughly clean the house, and had a professional come clean the carpets even though they weren't bad at all dirty wise. She sends a statement for damages for things that were damaged when we moved in, also to replace a door in which was damaged by us but long story short the door cost 40$ but in the long run cost 200$ to be painted and installed, just the door, not the frame or anything else. If you plan to move to this beautiful place we call home and don't need a headache then please steer clear of island reality and Dolores Coe.
