Horrible on site management a pair of retired old timers that have no choice but to take on role as managers because one else is willing to deal with broken-down, out-of-date RV problems, This park has water outages on a regular basis with out notice from management or RV Park in general, Electricity is the same issue everything is outdated, Extremely LOW maintenance, looks like a SWAMP only maintenance done by staff is inexperienced landscaping and paint over old fixtures but they drive around regulating that your own space be spotless! Feral cat infestation, not true about RV needed to be 2007 and newer there are tenants inhabited here as old as the mobile home they own. RUDE phone exquisites, if you're not old and retired like management and are a new tenant they will be unwelcoming! No phone number or proper website to contact for emergency or concerns!
