In addition, the company charged us a $19.00 application extension fee which was never brought to our attention in advance. After multiple attempts over several months to get an answer and resolution the owner just kept saying he was out of town and would address it when he returned which never occurred. They also changed the fees for completing the taxes after giving us an initial quote. Overall, not trustworthy or ethical in how they do business based on my experience.
