Let's be clear that she reached out to ME and promised all these bells and whistles to update my web site. Mistake # 2: I should have questioned the low price...You know the saying, "You get what you paid for." Well, I expected more than NOTHING. But that's exactly what I got. Yes, she created a web site, but the website is down all. the. time!!!! And only SHE can fix it and says there's nothing I can do on my end. She basically hijacked it and is holding it hostage, and that is affecting MY business. Now I have to start from scratch. Early on, I had to stop payment on my credit card because she did not complete it on time. I can't tell you how many times she said the word "today." Well, after she got her payment, she took it and ran. It's too late at this point to dispute but do not make Mistake #3. Once someone shows you their patterns, believe it.
