Mangled it horribly, cost me an afternoon to sort out, and to top it all off, I had to pay for the all the calls at 10p a minute. It's outrageous.

The girl who served me found out loads of information I needed to know and gave me lots of relevant information I didn't know about in relation to my travel queries. She also offered to call me back in a few days to see how I was getting on in my ticket search, and was great about checking different prices and details on different flights. And printed off stuff for me. Great.

I am astonished at the adverse reviews on this page - I have used Flight Centre for five years now…read moreon trips to see my son and his children in New Zealand and have always had courteous and efficient service and very cheap flights. It gets more expensive if you have to cancel or change flights once you've booked them - but I think this is standard for most agencies. I'd recommend these highly.
