We had to move the left items and they gave me grief for requesting a $100.00 credit/rebate. They also "lost" belongings. The other day I was going to give them another chance, and gained quotes for 2 moves....2 locations. I got a lot of confusing information from their rep Regis, mistakes on the quotes, and then a lot of attitude from him as well. When I asked to speak to Santiago I was told "that was a different time"... meaning that the owner no longer talks to customers...he is too big for that now. Never again. They are not the company they once were.

My mother in-law decided to pick up and leave her place and move back to Orange County, closer to us. She asked if we could help in the process, and I said sure! The movers made contact when they were en route to my location, and showed up on time. All three of the movers introduced themselves, and post my tour of what they needed to move, they went to work. Our move was sizeable 3bd apt in a house to a 2bd smaller townhouse. They disassembled, reassembled, and arranged furniture in the most effective configuration. They were real people who truly cared about the job they did. They also understood how stressful moving is. My move took 6 hours and they were moving the entire time. I decided to try using crates instead of boxes for my last move and I don't think I will ever go…read moreback to boxes again. The crates provided were sturdy and clean. The communication with Doran was seamless and professional. They even delivered the crates earlier so I could start packing. The pick up was also smooth. I had got done unpacking faster than expected and they picked it up a whole week earlier. I had gotten the 35 crate package(1 bedroom package). I was about 10 crates short just because of the amount of stuff I had. So if you think you need crates, always get 10 more. It just helps. Even the movers I hired loved the fact that it was crates and not boxes. The Tetris loading in the truck went much faster!
