    I normally do not take the time to give bad reviews; I consider myself a positive person with…read morereasonable expectations. I have to make an exception for Saratoga because not only did they not meet the expectations of myself and my associate, Brian, they violated the terms of our agreement and demonstrated poor business practices and ethics. David Temple - the CEO of this company did nothing to help this situation once it unfolded. Brian and his team have been in contact with David and his team for months, and their family has used their business for years. When confronted with the fact that his company lied to us about the work they would do and the timeline in which it would be completed, David denied the accusations and instead of helping to find a solution, he was standoffish and rude. That is not a good quality to have as a CEO, especially for a repeat and patient customer. Eric Pardue - Executive Director, only followed the "orders" that David Temple would give. There appears to be little to no autonomy in their business with Temple making all of the decisions that affect all customers. Stephanie Bentley - Director of Marketing and Business Development, truly one of the most ignorant people we have ever worked with. She did nothing to help grow the business, made many promises as to what was going to be done and when, none of which were completed. When we continuously followed up on the work that was promised for the money we paid them, Stephanie had no response at all. Is it not fair to get answers from a Director of Business Development if we are promised to have a job completed and have paid and followed up? I think it is more than fair, and we were more than patient and accommodating with Saratoga and their team. I short, I have to say we are disappointed and feel betrayed and taken advantage of. The people working at this establishment stole our money, gave us an unfinished product, and did not give us an explanation as to why the work promised was not done. I would not recommend you take your business to Saratoga unless you are willing to be robbed and get nothing in return. For the record, we have also reported their poor business practices to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and we are currently meeting with our legal team regarding taking them to litigation over this issue. Stay away from this business, they are thieves.

During one of the busiest months for our company. Our computer just decided not to work properly. So naturally, we needed some technical assistance. We called Saratoga Technologies in hopes that this "Corporation" would be able to assist us. Once the technician spent almost three hours working on our computer, he decided that it was best that he take it to their "workshop" so that he may then investigate it more proper. He mentions that it should take no more than a day to asses the problem and that he would call us within 24 hours with the consensus and total charge.(total cost) After the 24 hour period had passed, I decided to call the technician to see what the status was on our company computer! No answer...so I left a voicemail. Our busy day was coming to an end, so I tried again; knowing that at this time of day I wouldn't be expecting them to show up. Still no answer... The next day (Friday) the busiest day for our company and still no calls from Saratoga. It wasn't until the following TUESDAY that our company computer returned but not by the same technician that took it but from another technician whom I did not know. Yet, this new guy had to work on our computer onsite for almost 2 and a half hours? Next we know we receive a bill for over $1000 and our company computer is still, to this date having issues...I might as well have bought a new computer or I don't know, put a down payment on a car!? So for me, I will NEVER use or recommend this "company" to anyone. This companies lack of work ethic, lack of best practices, lack of communication, lack of consensus, lack of professionalism, and yet have the audacity to charge such an outrageous amount, is disgusting. Saratoga, I don't know who you think you're pretending to be but as for our company, and evidently from the other reviewers. We see you for what you really are... con artists
