I always receive a perfect bike for my riding style (long distance) and the staff are happily willing to add my seat, aerobars, and pedals, provide a fitting, give advice about local rides and trails, and supply me with whatever I need (i.e., a bike lock). One year, my family and I were in a car accident on our way to Bemidji and my own bike was very damaged. Northern Cycle helped us through the process of fixing what could be fixed and getting the rest back home safely. The staff made a very stressful family situation into something easily manageable. We biked from Nisswa to Pequot Lakes (7 miles?) and from there to the fire tower. Did the fire tower, had lunch in Pequot and then biked back.
