I spoke to them on the phone and was confident they could repair it for me so I drove the hour journey and they quickly repaired it saving me a fortune over a replacement. However the engineer called me the later the following day to say they had completely cleaned the machine and had run a full hardware check (I even got a printed diagnostics report to show that everything had passed!). They advised me the best anti virus to use and loaded it on for me while it was with them. I couldn't be happier with the job they've done and I would recommend anybody to use this place if they want a quick, efficient repair doing on their computer.
