INSTEAD, he surprised me by driving by the next day morning, and I had a price! (The OTHER junk removal places were still waiting to call me.) I said that I'd be at my house at noon, and the OWNER, Jim, was there at 12:10..! Meanwhile, me, two disabled veterans and my pregnant friend were doing more physical work than the moving crew, which was incredibly frustrating and unacceptable to witness. If we had not helped so much it would have been even longer. I do want to acknowledge that the other worker was great, helpful, and worked hard.
