The lighting is terrible so you can't see how bad of a job they're doing and they don't face you towards the mirror so you can't see what they're doing. Stylists usually have a bit of a hard time with my hair, but here, I got exactly what I asked for. Chris is quick, but precise and pays good attention to detail.
