The tomatoes were fresh, huge slices of fresh mozz and it was well-seasoned with salt and basil (I opted for no EVOO). My husband had the $11 Low Country Chicken sandwich which was a very yummy combo of chicken, pimento cheese and tomatoes, served with a pickle spear. We paired them with our Pinup Coffees and enjoyed them inside the brewery's air-conditioned taproom--a welcome escape from the summer heat.
