I had a coffee no boba with some macaroons! It tasted ok. However not my preference in coffee it was too sweet, maybe coffee flavor powder? I'm sure everyone else in our party loved their drinks. This was my first and probably last time as I'm not much of a boba drink fan. But go ahead and give it a shot!

For me, this place means fun with my family. I have 4 incredible nieces who absolutely adore boba time! & have successfully converted me into a boba lover! The staff is always super kind. The environment is usually friendly and lively w others there excited to enjoy their treats. I absolutely adore the macaroons. The lavender & rose water macaroons are by far my favorite! My wee one lovesss the coffee flavored macaroons! My nieces love the coconut as well! It's always a good time, at Boba Time!

This was my first time at boba time. The store was not buys and the ambiance felt like that of a cool place to hang out. No super loud music or loud people. I ordered a small butterfly lemonade with light ice. The ordering process was a large screen at the counter with a pretty easy image identification system. Select the picture and modify if needed. It felt very unwelcoming, I personally prefer to speak with the person who works at the establishment and ask what they like. 8 out of 10 time I will order what their favorite drink is. With this system it took the interaction away. The drink was ok I ordered it 75% sweet I should have ordered 100%. The color layering was beautiful but the flavor was lacking. It did not taste like a lemonade. Over all the experience was different and quick. I enjoy having interactions with the employees so I probably wouldn't go back but that has nothing to do with the actual drink. Feel free to try it out and explore the menu they have to offer.

Quick service!! There's a self serve kiosk for ordering, which can be really nice. Drinks are always amazing. There was a big sticky puddle around the trash cans though. Other than that, great place.

I love this place so much!! The drinks are so good. Such a refreshing treat. What you get for the price is honestly not bad either. Could be slightly cleaner on the inside but overly not bad whatsoever. I also love that they have a self order kiosk so you don't have to wait typically.

Dropped in yesterday while waiting on my pizza next door. I was debating what to try when I saw the sunrise tea and I was immediately sold. The tea was delicious, it layered perfectly and was a great blend with the tea, lemonade and passion fruit juice, it was really refreshing. The loss of star is for the service, it was really slow. There appeared to only be one girl working and she never approached the front except to put drinks out. When I first walked in there was a couple at the kiosk trying to order and clearly having a hard time. The staff never came up and offered to help or take their order manually, just left them struggling for several minutes. When I got my order in it took a while to come up, my pizza was waiting for me when I went back next door. Seems like just a staffing issue, too many orders and stuff going on for one girl to be working but again, the drink was delicious.

This is my go-to açaí bowl spot! Love them, they're delicious! Sometimes they're not available though. Service is nice and nice ambiance.

These guys work so hard and so fast! I'm a former tenured Starbucks barista and watching them bust out drinks left and right made me impressed to say the least. It's quite popular, (always a long line to the door, yet only waiting a few minutes tops) they have endless drink options/combinations, and they're friendly. I also appreciate them having milk alternatives or allergy precautionary measures. Go here for a yummy treat or to combat the hot weather. I can't wait for my next visit -- gonna use my reward points from their convenient app too. Not really "review" related but seriously, if they don't already, the employees here need a livable wage and competitive healthcare + perks like Starbucks does. I hardly ever see bustling cafes with extensive menus like this one. They deserve it.

My go-to order is the taro milk tea smoothie with light boba. I add Oreos when I can't decide between boba or ice cream for a sweet treat. The Thai milk tea is also an excellent choice. This location is always so consistent, and right next to Target and the mall! Comfy booth sitting to wait for your order. I've tried a couple of their iced teas, they are personally too fragrant for my taste, but I've never had a bad milk tea.

I love boba because they come in all different flavors, and the customer service is really good. 10 out of 10, I would go again.

The coffees and teas are delish and unique, as well as the smoothies and juices (I didn't try those but my kids loved them). We tried a variety of baked goods, the honeycomb bread is sooooo dang good! Filled with little pockets of cream cheese, drizzled with honey, and topped with toasted regular and black sesame seeds (I forgot to take a pic of this one, but I'll add it next time I go). A friendlier and more inviting atmosphere would really elevate the overall experience. That said, the quality of the coffee makes it worth a visit, especially if you're looking for a sweet treat to start your day.

The most recent time I was there I had an iced coffee and a pretty decent breakfast sandwich with eggs, cheese, and bacon on an everything bagel. It was tasty and came out quickly. The bacon was chopped up into the egg, which I liked. They also recently started selling these incredible cinnamon rolls from a local bakery called Just Cinnamon. Their hype was definitely due to the 'aesthetic'. Nothing is really outstanding to me. The drinks are such a let down, the coffee is borderline yuck.. do not recommend. The food is heavily missing flavor, the hummus is disgusting. I can't believe they call that thing hummus, it's an insult to actual dish.. it's almost like it was trying to imitate the real dish, but failed terribly in even attempting to. Their pizza tasted like play-doh and looked very pale. Smitten is at least consistent with one thing, which is their staple: no flavor. One of the breaking points for me was being served food that had someone's HAIR. The restaurant is very expensive for the poor experience they have to offer. I stopped recommending them a long time ago.
