I started following her page on ig to get a feel of her work I was impressed by what I saw along with some of the reviews I read I figured okay lets give it a shot. And boy oh boy was it one of the best decisions I have made. My order was very detailed a two tier cake, a smaller cake, cake pops cupcakes for my daughters first birthday. Cristal's cakes are AMAZING .. normally with cakes no where near half as beautiful as these the fondant is rubbery, taste like nothing & makes up 90% of the cake so you're getting minimum cake but not THIS one .. there was a generous amount of cake, which by the way was extremely delicious .. people who didn't even like strawberries devoured her take on a strawberry shortcake .. it was fresh & light & you could tell all her cakes are a labor of love. Her customer service skills are unparalleled. She listens to your vision then brings it to life. She delivers too! She literally put the cake in my fridge. Two years ago, mom first found It's Delicious when we were planning my sister's sweet 16. She fell in love with the work Cristal has done in the past and wanted her to do my sister's cake. Cristal was fast in responding to emails and was very helpful in making the process easier. Since it was our first time, Cristal gave us a cake tasting session. I finally had the opportunity to have Cristal do us the honors of providing the desserts for my Nephew's First Birthday. It was a positive experience from the beginning to the end. She is easy to work with, thoughtful, extremely down to earth, and not to mention, extremely talented! The theme of my nephew's First Birthday Party was Barnyard Bash, and she was extremely helpful with choosing the design of the cake and the cupcakes. Cristal was an absolute pleasure to work with and even within short notice of only 3 weeks I believe it was, she was extremely professional and worked her magical artistry in making exactly the perfect cake for our daughters 1st birthday party! It's Delicious bakery will be my go to baker from this point forward. I'm so happy she made my daughter's sweet 16 cake, cupcakes and chocolate covered strawberries. Since my sister and I found Cristal on Instagram, we took our chances, and it's been the best since. She's dope! She's amazing at what she does.
