It doesn't even look busy in here, it's so frustrating. My Uber dropped me off at 10:30 it's not 12:13 and still have not been seen, or acknowledged in this room. They need a little more sense of urgency, they also need to acknowledge the patients and let them know what's going on for example once they get text to come into the room, there should either be a nurse waiting already or a nurse to immediately come in and say something like "Hi (xyz) I'm (xyz) I'll be with you in a moment I just have to....."

I needed a Rapid Test asap. I was greeted by a Fast Labs Tech. She was short, chubby, and brunette. didn't see a visible name tag. I paid for an antigen and blood type test. As we are speaking, i'm being processed at the same time. First was the Antigen. Next was the blood type test. This woman pricked me in the middle of the conversation with her about the blood-test procedure. Mind you, my blood was leaking everywhere, and the cart , in the midst of her saying " She likes to see grown men cry ". Weird. She's wasn't prepared obviously as my blood is spilling all over the medical cart. She proceeds to wipe my blood up with paper towels , as i'm chastising her about her unprofessionalism over what just happened. And the incompetence of her poor job handling my open cut. Not a good experience. Where does Fast Labs find these workers? In a Cracker Jack Box?? No Bueno !

Anitgen I got in like 30 minutes which was clutch, and the PCR actually came in like half a day, although they said it would take about 24 hrs. This will be my go to covid testing spot for when I need a test for traveling or an event.
