She didn't introduce herself; I still do not know who she was other than a face at the counter who pushes paper. You think maybe I'd want to know your CREDENTIALS before I ask you questions? The most infuriating part was that she would not listen to my request to schedule a consultation appointment. I was in the lobby, surrounded by employees and OTHER PATIENTS. I had real, personal questions that I wanted to ask -- IN PRIVATE. I don't want to talk about my bikini line or upper lip in front of a room full of people! Even if she was the aesthetician who performs the procedures, she should have KNOWN to provide me with the courtesy of a private place to ask questions. I'm taking my money elsewhere.
