Their app showed they were available but closing in 1.5hrs (5pm) and required me to pay to book the appt. Their app got hung up processing the payment & I had to call multiple times to finally get someone that confirmed they had NO avail appts at my location (they were customer service for multiple locations). They stated if my card was charged (they couldn't tell if it had or not), that they'd apply the payment to my next visit which to me is VERY bad business, but thankfully they didn't charge my card. So I called Prime IV and they IMMEDIATELY ANSWERED as they were ONSITE & confirmed they welcome walk-ins no problem and were open till 7pm that day! Score! The check in process was excellent, thorough, efficient and very informative. So many different types of IVs offered compared to when I had IV drips years ago. They helped me customize my bag and 1hr later I felt 1000% better and had a wonderful massage in their zero gravity massage chair during the IV. I've had 2 more IVs since and each visit the entire staff is so welcoming, professional & thoroughly knowledgeable on all they provide as they answer my many questions. I enrolled in their Transformation Membership as their pricing was a NO BRAINER for 2 IVs/mo + 3 injections + up to 50% off on additional additives. Plus, if I only want 1 IV per month, my husband can utilize the 2nd one that comes with the membership. I'm so glad that first place didn't work out because for the money you spend for this recurring service, having the flexibility of last minute walk-in appts, more available open hours, and only paying AFTER services are rendered are signs of a well run business and worthy of my investment.
