Getting to the location they let us get in a little early and get stays done. We were taken to a room and only had to wait for a few minutes before the doctor came in. Dr.Da Silva came in and was very nice and was able to hear what happened and what we had already done. He knew what we thought the next step was and was in agreement with us as well. I had a brace and he was able to have someone fit it properly but it was a great brace he had said. We are working on getting the MRI done and having a follow-up appointment with him to see what the next steps are going forward. The ladies at the front were very nice and welcoming we never had to wait for more tehna like a few minutes which was very helpful. I have never loved going to the doctors before but the nurses were very caring and went slow and explained everything to me as we went.

Usually there is someone at the main reception desk who can direct you to your doctor's office. There is a walk in clinic as well. Each doctor has their own receptionist and wait times can vary in that respect. I like going there even though it is not as near as other offices.

I call to make an appointment just for them to say they don't accept our insurance. I inform the front desk I found them directly through UHC so they should, just for the lady to state that they don't and UHC has them listed wrong. That's like saying it's googles fault their address is wrong. I'm so sick of doctors offices refusing to take responsibility for having their information up to date within insurance providers sites. It is not the patients responsibility to make sure doctor offices do their job to keep their information correct.

When I asked for pain medicine, he refused despite me being in 8-10/10 pain daily. He even put in my chart that I was making it up/ "all in my head". When I got a second opinion, they told me it was Facet Syndrome and a spinal fusion was completely unnecessary and would have caused more problems. Three physical therapist agreed with the second doctor's second opinion.

This place has called me over NINE times asking for Ryan to reschedule his appointment for May 9…read more I JUST got a call today (Saturday) so I returned the call and it redirected me to their answering service, where the "supervisor" JOYCE (refused to give full name) hung up on me TWICE, when trying to explain why I was calling. I am sick and tired of this clinic calling me and I am going to repost this on every review site I can find, because it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of this clinic, unless it is their answering service, where JOYCE will hang up on you (but she's not trying to be rude, as she will tell you) because she doesn't want to take your call. I am reporting them to the BBB, and especially making a point about JOYCE who clearly has zero skills in handling customer calls for any reason. When I started to talk she would interrupt me and talk over me before ultimately hanging up on me, and also informing me that it is not Saturday in SC if it is saturday in HI.... (1115 am Hawaii time, 515 pm SC time.) I am so annoyed and tired of these harassing phone calls that will not end!
