The teller was overly passive as if I were a total idiot, and then kept suggesting that I get a $120 month long pass. There was no need since I only needed a week. Costumer service was a disappointment and the bus routes are on time, but the drivers are hit or miss. Actually had one jump off in the middle of the day and run into a convenience store to get a drink while leaving the bus running during our route. I dunno, still all needs work.

So I IMMEDIATELY call to move the reservation to a late night Sat bus that is cheaper. I am told I have to pay $35. I don't have that currently. There are apparently no exceptions. There are no corporate office to call. There are no offices in the U.S. I explained that my son was barley 18 and it was his first time away from home, and that I couldn't leave him without a safe place alone in Indianapolis all night. The Molly operates from 10am-10pm down Houston Street, around the Convention Center and Water Gardens, and up Commerce Street, with a stop at the ITC transportation hub. It basically makes a loop around the main downtown area and runs every 10 minutes! Note: It does NOT go to the Stockyards on Saturdays despite what I read online. Only bus #15 goes there. A transfer at the ITC or anywhere along bus 15's route is the only way to get to the Stockyards via public transportation. The regular buses are $1.75 exact change. They accept coins and dollar bills.
