She also responds well to my emails even after I made a reservation. Also, my baby went to NICU but she was able to work with us after discharge. Her instructions are clear and specific before the session. The studio was neat, well ventilated and had a really comfy couch! Haha. It's conducive for sleeping while baby is having her session. Lol! Jack Allen and his assistant Stephanie ended up becoming one of our greatest wedding vendors! They did a great job capturing all the details of our wedding in the entire time (5-6 hour event). They delivered the wedding package within 4 months which was included trailer, preparation, ceremony and the reception. Jack has been so responsive to all of our calls, messages and emails. We met up with them several times in their office and communicated on how we wanted the end product to look like. He delivered a perfect Wedding video with an amazing edit on it. I even asked him to change the song on my trailer several times and he was super patient and quick to take action based on my request. He added and edited some non English songs on my video based on my request and they turned out perfect. Overall, I am so glad we got to work with Cupio media and recommend them for future events.
