The fountain in front of the resort is a lovely touch. There's a vintage Rolce Royce parked in front of the entrance. The lobby was decorated with beautiful Christmas decors. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen. A small dining area consisting of two chairs and a small table. Laundry room with ironing board located next to the dining area. A sleeper sofa and two recliners were in the living room. The master bedroom room was modestly furnished with a queen bed. I thought a headboard would be a nice touch. I also thought the televisions could be bigger. The master bathroom consisted of a walk in shower with a shower curtain. No nook to store soap or shampoo in the shower (bring liquid shower gel as it is easier to store on the floor). I would eliminate the shower curtain and add glass door (could be 3/4 glass covering instead of full glass as the shower is small). I would also add a broom and dust pan or vacuum as housekeeping is not provided daily. The other room had two queen beds and a tub/shower combo. Each bathroom had a small container of lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and a small soap bar. The balcony had two chairs. There's a bowling alley, movie theater, an outdoor pool, but I am not sure if it is heated. a spa area for massage and facials (we had facials), there's a dining area where brunch is served on the weekends. There's plenty of places to go for a nice walk. The nearest grocery store is located in Lawrenceburg, about 30 minutes away. There's a few restaurants about 15 minutes away. Gas stations are less than 10 minutes away. In Lawrenceburg, there's an Amish community. This would be a great place for retreats and time away from the hustle and bustle of every day life. I would add an indoor heated pool, a full time restaurant (as occupancy increases), maybe a snack area to purchase snacks, bigger televisions, glass doors for the walk-in shower, a nook to hold soap in the walk-in shower, headboards for all beds, a vacuum or broom and dust pan to clean up, at least a dish towel to clean up the stove for long term stays.

Of course they have mobile banking and all the benefits of that right on your phone. Now for one of the best benefits which is their employees who in my personal opinion provide the best customer service of any bank that I've ever dealt with!!! What I mean by this is the first week that I set up my account I had some questions and my Mom has been a member there for like 30 years and she was like go to the location by the Florence Mall because all the people are so nice!!! I did and I happened to meet Hope Etheridge and from that first minute of meeting her I felt like I was made to feel important to her, but not only that from the first day of meeting her I've called her for a few different reasons and she knows ME by name after that first time!!! Have been trying to find place to rent, took them weeks to even give viewing, then about same length to finally run credit check. We passed credit check, and emailed about missing refrigerator only to get no real answer back, and NO answer back about it not having been cleaned at all dishwasher/cabinets/stove, although property has been up on Zwillo for almost 4 months! Wonder what the owner thinks about getting charged for 'management' that is NOT happening? Write a bad review on their facebook business page. be prepared for more made up 'reviewers ' coming in lying when they state they rented from them, and they were ALL 5 stars, oh and just happen to know/be related to each other. Name of the know nothing do nothing is Anthony Holmes, and he's trying to pull this crap after making us wait, again, just to sign the papers...BUT as told him, he ADMITTED in email there had already been oral contract, there was voice mail from worker stating oral contract and to come sign the paperwork finally, though not late friday that day, nor the Saturday or Sunday because closed, but not Monday because...well who knows, but Tuesday, and NOW get email stating he is going to break the contract. My main quesion, is wonder what the owner of 231N Fulton feels about getting charged almost 4 months for 'management', nobody having cleaned during that time, taken the fridge that was in there, the shower being broken, and nothing even checked to see what all did need fixing. HORRIBLE company!! Granted, there was heavy furniture in the rooms, unlike original carpet laying. Immediately after installation could see seams where sections joined. Now can see waves or bubbles. We did have store owner come out after installation twice to look at poor installation. Overall not happy with this purchase. Likely, the crew that installed the carpet was not the regular crew. Nevertheless, would not use again.
