Was met by Sean who explained the process, and made a few suggestions. The shop was busy but I was given a time to come back (90 minutes). They were ready for me then and Connor did an excellent job. It appears to be a clean, professionally run shop. Lots of pleased customers. I would come back again. They take only "cash". Friendly and accommodating. Good instructions for after care. I never felt pressured or not listened to (which is huge when getting a tattoo). She did an amazing job and exceeded our expectations. We got matching pine tree tattoos with a lot of beautiful detailed work put into it. Absolutely recommend her for everyone. She took the time to listen to me about the tattoo I picked, and revamped the whole thing when I got cold feet about the design. Got a walk in with my friend yesterday, we had to wait a couple hours which was fine but the artist…read moreworking on us hadn't even started our sketches two hours after we had made the initial appointment usually I wouldn't really complain but these guys just really didn't seem to care about us, we didn't feel connected with the artist and we never knew when he was ready or not! It would be nice to know what's going on! He did a really great job though both of us just got line work done both of us very satisfied with the work considering it was our first machine tats , so we were squirmy :/ the store it's self is really cool , covered head to toe in sailor jerry style& original flashes , some I kept in my head for maybe a later tattoo! All in all it was a cool place with cool guys that do good work but I would just like to be updated a little more on what's going on!!

I gave him a very simple design, but, he made what should have been a straight line noticeably curved! He also did a poor job on the color. Cant do anything about the line if course, but thankfully, he touched up the color-- but he charged me for his mistake! No apology or even acknowledgment.
