Phone Customer Service they keep transfering you from one extension to the other and eventually they will send you to a "Sucursal" for assistance. Obviously high level executives have never been to a "Sucursal" You wait hours, yes hours to talk to a person, and then they tell you you must call CitiBanamex Customer Service line!!! For three months I have not been able to access my money via ATM. I have to wait at least an hour to manually withdraw money! Just Horrible!!!
