Angeblich sofort lieferbaren Artikel am 15.12.08 als Weihnachtsgeschenk bestellt und gleich mit Paypal bezahlt. Auf meine tel. Nachfrage am 18.12.08 wurde mir erklärt, dass der Artikel doch nicht lieferbar ist. Also Bestellung storniert. Das Geld habe ich bis heute 06.01.09 nicht zurückbekommen. Keine Reaktion auf Mails, keine telefonische Erreichbarkeit. Mein Fazit: Schlechter Shop, schlechte Kommunikation, nur Ärger und jetzt noch der Zeitaufwand für Anwalt und Polizei wg. Anzeige. Leider habe ich vor der Bestellung nicht bei Ciao.de nachgesehen, dort haben viele Leute dieselben Probleme. read more
