You do have the option of doing everything at the clinic you've chosen to work with, but since I don't live there it's been a nice option to work with my actual doctor and fly in when my cycles are ready. You submit testing results to your clinic so they monitor through the portal to let you know when to fly in, what dosage of meds to take etc. They aren't on you as much as a normal doctor would be. You have to be a go getter and on top of your care. You pay for what you get and that's what makes it so affordable. I've gone for egg retrieval and 2 embryo transfers so far. I do recommend and we will go back!

I love CNY. I refer this clinic to all my friends that are looking for a reasonably priced Ivf…read moreoption. Thank God for the doctor that started this clinic... And to be honest, I've had such a good positive experience with this clinic all around... I live in LA and have been using this clinic for about a year. I ended up just freezing my eggs and me and my boyfriend got pregnant naturally which is a blessing but every time I would call the clinic and talk to the nurses and talk to financials I was impressed by how fast and knowledgeable the team was. That's really hard to find. When I was getting my eggs frozen the whole surgery procedure was very well done and they definitely knew what they were doing and I felt very protected and everything went really really good. I felt nothing and recovered fast. But I definitely wanted to give this clinic a really good review just because I think it's amazing. I think it's well run and I think and appreciate when I can call and talk to nurses and then know what they're talking about and direct me in the right way and don't make mistakes. I really felt it was very cool that this clinic rarely ever made a mistake in anything. This is a very serious thing what we are doing in intaking in Ivf and so if someone loses faith in the clinic and in their professionalism and ability to do things then that's actually really scary. But not this clinic. This is a great facility the Colorado Springs one and then also I've been to that Irvine clinic and that is a really great facility as well and I can't wait for them to open with Dr kilt being involved. I also was told I could meet Dr. Kilt. which was very sweet being that I had so many questions about Ivf and really needed to talk to Dr at some point. BUT THANK YOU FOR CREATING CNY DR KILT! I believe that this Doctor is a bad ass in the industry for opening this really cool clinic where you can make a payment plan to be able to have a baby when their options in the US are absurd making you pay $10,000 upfront just for one Ivf Cycle, which is completely crazy. So thank you to Dr. Kilt for creating this amazing facility and I am so grateful for how well everything runs me and my boyfriend for our second child at 44. (Yes, I'm gonna have a child at 44). Would love to use CNY for Ivf soon next year. It's only 3k down payment to start the cycle which is nothing. I am really grateful because this clinic has made it affordable and even helped me in a lot of ways so that I was able to financially get everything together to be able to do Ivf... This seems like a very caring clinic to be honest in all my dealings with them. When my boyfriend was not able to come for the first Cycle to Colorado Springs because he got sick... A nurse helped me greatly and tirelessly in trying to find solutions so that we could figure out what to do. There things matter. It made me feel like these people care about me and my goals to have a baby! I'll never forget the hard work of all these beautiful nurses and people at CNY. I would love to support you guys in expanding !

I adore Dr. Baiza, who delivered my son. However, his bookings were too far out for my needs, his location isn't super ideal since a move, and he no longer took my (horrible) insurance. Stephanie came recommended, so I thought I'd give her a try. The office location is closer to my home and logically it just makes more sense. Boy, am I glad I did! Stephanie is easy going, down to earth, kind, understanding, and relatable. Everything I was/am looking for! I was pretty nervous for my first visit - having been given a run around on a 'geriatric' pregnancy and healthy delivery, then postpartum confusing Dx regarding hormones and PCOS - Stephanie was quick, educated, and answered all of my questions. Her office is very comfortable and warm and we instantly connected over thrifting. So why not 5 stars? I only give them 4 stars due to billing. I don't understand why I am always charged my copay, and then my insurance says payment of $0 is due on the EOB. I've brought this up a few times with the front desk and am told it's a system error. I've been doing medical billings for nearly two decades, and this seems very incorrect... but my love for Stephanie runs deeper than this 'system' issue. Either way, I will stay with Stephanie, and cannot recommend her enough. She is a wonderful advocate for her patients.

I was assigned to Dr. Polatsky, who was disrespectful, demeaning towards women, and operated out of ego, not compassion. He behaved chauvinistically, making me incredibly uncomfortable trusting my body with him. I never requested experimental treatments--he falsely accused me. When I asked to switch doctors, my request was denied the morning of my second appointment, after they took my money. The denial was based on his lies, miscommunication, and the clinic's disorganization. I lost months of valuable time as a 37-year-old with low AMH. I could have completed IVF, but instead, I had months wasted. Their disorganization and conflicting information were appalling. This clinic should be cautious--they could face discrimination lawsuits for how they treat patients. I would never trust them with my health--avoid them.

When I reached out over the portal the person gave me the wrong contact information. I then called to asked to talk to a manager. The manager proceeded to look into all the messages in the account and found that the staff member was not reading the dashboard correctly and was not telling me the correct information. She said she would need to go back and train the staff member again. I would highly recommend going somewhere else.

Well, I would not give this place any stars to be honest, but I had to at least give them one…read more My wife and I sought the help of these people about three months ago. From the beginning, I noticed they were very slow with cycling customers in and out, waiting for 45 minutes to see someone. After almost an hour there, we were called back to wait in yet another room, just to talk to one of the medical assistants. After answering her questions, we were again waiting for another 30 minutes just to talk to the Nurse Practitioner. We spoke to her for only 15 minutes, outlined a path and left. On our second visit, we were told that we had an open balance of $250 dollars for the last visit. The receptionist apologized to us, stating that "Someone should have told us before seeing the NP". We still paid it, but were confused because we were using our insurance to cover everything. This is where it gets interesting. In April, my wife had not gotten her period, and we had to give her an injection to start her cycle. Once she began, we headed 50 miles to the facility, for a scheduled, time sensitive blood test. We had plans a couple of hours after the appointment, which was almost missed, but my wife was kept waiting for over an hour because they had scheduled procedures that day, yet...in that hour of waiting, only one person had been there, until the next appointment came and was taken in ahead of my wife. When she asked one of the ladies who worked there about what was going on, she said they were busy with procedures, and to come back in an hour. Shocked and irritated, we loaded up and went back home. Five hours later, the N-P calls and leaves a very long, and defensive voice mail, trying to deflect responsibility for them botching the schedule. She claimed that they didn't want to do the blood test because they hadn't received my wifes medical information from her OBGYN. Rather than explain this to us when the appointment was scheduled, they tried using that excuse, saying, "We'd rather you waste gas coming up here, rather than do the same procedure twice" I was furious and told my wife we were done with them. Today, my wife spoke to her OBGYN office, and asked if this outfit had requested her medical paperwork. Their response, "We haven't received any request from them" So, this office is in practice of lying to their customers, and praying on couples whom are in dire need of help with conception. Not once did we ever speak to this Dr. Magarellli...I guess he's like bigfoot, we know the name, but never saw him. My wife's co-worker has been going there for two years, and has never had any procedures done, yet they still see her as an easy mark because she's paying for all these doctors visits, and also has never seen this doctor. I urge you to go someplace else. We read the negative reviews on other boards for this place and thought they were complaints from people who didn't have successful pregnancies. I guess we are in that same category, but we never had a procedure done, and was lied to time, and time again. Find another specialist because Denver is loaded with good ones, with great reviews. This place will take your money and not show you results. Supposedly, they are members of the BBB, displaying the plaque on their wall. When I filed a complaint with the BBB, they were not registered...so heed my warning, they are a group of liars.

This should have been the indicator. This office strings you along in attempt to sell you their brand of supplements, charge a co-pay on every visit even though my insurance did not allow it. After filling out a tonne of THEIR paperwork they didn't even read it. Their whole goal is to force you into doing IVF whether you checked the box or not. I DID NOT check the box. I went to the office over half a dozen times and saw Dr. Magarelli 2 times: first for a procedure only he could conduct; and second at the end of it all when he told us IVF was our only option. In this second, horrific meeting he proceeded to chastised me for not wanting to do all of the expensive things he was pushing. Bedside manner is a joke to this money hungry office. After a few months absorbing the blows in that meeting I decided to get a hold of my gynecologist again to get a referral for a second opinion. The next office was amazing. I met the doctor every time, she was amazing, friendly and listened. She made drastic changes to what I was previously told to do, taking me off unnecessary medication, prescribing what I actually needed, and told me I had other options. It was a breath of fresh air after the stressful experience at this office.
